Once you get the equipment working scanning will be a cinch. A boring drag, so break up the work into small accomplishment goals like five page runs. By the time you scan your 100th page you'll come up with a technique that will make it easy.
It would be cool if every scenario played out where there was a mutual interest to both Raw Provider and Translator. There is an Ocean of untapped work out there already scanned and available, so how do you get someone with different interests to focus only on what interests a complete stranger all for free?
What if a Translator doesn't like schoolgirls, midgets, magic, aliens, soft core, loli? What if they don't want what's offered? What if they don't need it with a sea of entertainment options?
I don't think it a matter of being a cultural snob either, but who would spend quality time on a stranger when they got their own thing going on? I just think money is a master motivator.
Recognize and remember the feelings associated with spending money in this hobby. After physically destroying the book the idea of someone getting a freebie is even less appealing. You could provide low quality scans, or watermark your work, but a translator getting a free one is the least of your concerns. They might be just as worried about your intentions.
Tag your work, but don't get too caught up in keeping it locked down. Thinking down the road everyone grows up financially and mentally. In the future, that freeloader may have a job or two and willing to spend a little, because he remembers that great free scan that got him hooked so long ago.

Option 03) Commission a Translator. There is a page of Translators here. Check out their website for commission rates. There are a few "if" and "then" clauses that might help to reduce the price, so read thoroughly. Like getting a script vs. the translator doing all the editing might work. If things are unclear e-mail and ask them. The worst they can say is no.
Seriously, for your specific case we won't know if you have to pay a translator until it comes in the mail and you're 100% sure it's hentai in nature.
