I question whether it would be faster, creating multiple e-mails simply to rep yourself? also the fact that you can be banned for multiple accounts probably serves at a deterrent.
rbz: what? why would I not care, rep whoring is fucking stupid. I'm not sure how you feel about it but I respect those of us who earned respect simply through our comments rather than something like creating signatures or uploading things. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate it; it's contribution to a community and overall it helps far more than any sarcasm or jokes can ever help but the fact that it's much harder to gain rep for your opinions alone makes me believe those that do are a higher caliber of poster. Don't misunderstand ero, I don't dislike you or your talents; I believe you deserve some rep for what you've done, I simply don't respect your rep as much those of us who earned it the hard way.
As far as those of us who say we don't care about rep... you/they're really only lying to themselves. Everyone looks at rep, it's unavoidable. Some may not value that information as much as others but they still care. For example when you see someone with under 10 rep, your brain will classify that person as someone who may have joined recently or perhaps someone who does not contribute as much. When new members see someone with hundreds of points they obviously think better of that person. It's simply a form of classicism that exists here on Fakku, a way to segregating the community, and creating cliques. The system is flawed but anyone who says the system doesn't matter to them is a liar.

what you've said is true, some of us will really want to make ourselves to be recognized by doing or contributing something to the forums like for an easy example, uploader. They upload because they want to contribute to the forums or maybe want to help or maybe they just want to have some fun or be recognized, who knows? and if the rep come along as an extra bonus, why not? though if you or any other else don't want me to "rep grab" by doing this, just say no lol since i'm making this thread in order to ask public opinion, if you or any other else really see this as an attemp of a "reb grab" just say so, i won't do it since i'm just doing this to fill my free time and to help and contribute even a just a little to the forums
PS: rep is a never ending problem to any forums, it's kinda wrong not to have it but it's kinda wrong to have the rep option too, so confusing and childish =p
