I do partly agree with you. Making another thread in IB was unnecessary but the thread in Art should still be there. If that was the one you were referring to.
IB is interested in developing IB-tan. And since she is capable of upgrading IB-tan's armory, we're more than willing to listen to her. She is doing something we want her to do. That's why this is getting the attention it gets. If she was a attention whore (which she isn't), she would get shot down right the way because we don't want that.
Numerous people have already said the same thing.
