I don't find it very useful. IQDB usually lists the wrong sources same goes with the other sites. Google gets the job done.

I prefer that the "read online" button leads you to the thumbnails instead of the first page.
Because I can choose if I want to skip directly to the sex and there's usually (in books) 4 or 5 pages of index, front page and whatnot. Example
