Congrats, I guess? Not going to lie and say that I'm not jealous here, but I am. I've been alone in the love department my whole life, but one advice I would like to give you is to keep her dear to your heart, and to wish you the best of luck with your conquest.

EVO2014 - Year of the female characters

EVO2014 showed that for Ultra SFIV, players who have better fundamentals and footies over vortex and knock-down set-ups are the ones that are going to shine more. Look at the top 8. With the exception of Ricky's Rufus, all of the other characters have a very strong ground game, Rose especially.

Louffy earned this year's title. Bon-chan needed to learn that Rose controls the mid-to-full screen game against Sagat, and needed to play a sweep-to-up-close game against Rose, but game up too many games before realizing and adjusting his game.

Was disappointed in F.Champ during the Winners and Losers Finals due to his chokes and drops. Good to see that JWong became once again King of MvC though.

SSBM was hype yet again. 10 moar years~

BBCP finals were so tense. By far the best finals hands down for this year.

Great EVO. Best one I've seen so far.

I loved my VK45B. That thing was pretty good. Probably not the greatest out of all the T9 Heavys, but it trained you how you should play a Maus before getting one. The only complaint I ever had with the VK45B was it's ability to peek over hills. Then again, I still feel like it was a good trade off between having a decent, low-profile Heavy.

On the other hand, I hated the grind with the VK30P and the VK45A. Gawd those tanks were the horrible for me. Both are pretty freakin' large with suck weak armor for their tiers.

I'm always down to play. I live in Korea though, so any good connection between the internetz would be suffice.

Hype for Lucina. Hopefully she plays like a faster version of Marth, similar to how Roy is in Project M.

That Pirate King really wanted it and out-played EVERYONE. Good on him.

Still not sure what tree I want to finish next. I really do want to try out the Pershing out since it seems like a fun Medium in Tier 8, but also thinking about going and getting the IS-3, the best tank hands down, in Tier 8.

Wish Champ would have clutched it out against Chris, but a lot of drops from Champ's side let Chris get it. Good on JWong making a return as King of MvC.

Harada announced Tekken 7. Nice video presentation. Sucks that I was leaked, or I would have been a bit more hyped.

Now let's get hype for Ultra~

And here's my 10 cents about it :

Daigo seems still pretty new to E.Ryu. I can see it be really good in the footies department from all his experience with Ryu, but at the same time, it seems like he's playing E.Ryu as if it was just Ryu. It isn't a bad thing, but at the same time, I think Daigo needs to learn that E.Ryu plays differently than Ryu. Not to take it away from Choi, cause Choi out-played Daigo pretty freakin' well, but at the same time, I don't think Daigo's E.Ryu could be at the caliber that it should have been.

So Daigo is out already... Thoughts?

USFIV is on capcomfighters, Melee on SRKEVO1, and Injustice on SRKEVO2 as of right now. I'll be waiting for tomorrow for UMvC3. Won't be able to watch the finals. :(
