I think cheating is far above NTR. Maybe not all NTR has it, but all the stuff I have seen usually involves alot of rape (either through drugs/alchohol/etc.).
And with cheating, I can always hope the person being cheated on, is in fact cheating as well, to balance out. That doesn't really work with NTR...
