I'm freeloader you know Fraps is not free, I'd dl camtasia but my synthesia got lag so the result is lag.

Read this I need software which can capture my screen video but the software must be low in dl size and the conversion file must not high because Im in a hurry. The file is midi in synthesia.

Cos it's in Army PFT I need to go higher, anyway I can do 50 per sets now and I lose at least 3 kilos now. Im doing 30 sit/push ups every 20 mins atm.

Yes I think doing it multiple times will help and I feel it after a week. Right now Im doing 20 push/sit-ups every 15 mins to 10m and my next is 25 every 20>15>10 and so forth, instead of increasing my numbers I decrease time before I raise the number again per sets because my shoulder's getting tired rapidly. Im thinking if I do this way it will help my shoulder used to it.

I wanna ask if doing push-ups 10 every 10 mins or 15 every 15mins or 30 every 30mins and so forth, same as doing sit-ups will help develop or will help me boost my numbers of doing push/sit-ups?

I'm currently doing these to not force my muscles because I was preventing injuries or muscle injuries. Right now I consider my self heavy weight 5'5", 73 kg. I know average men could do 70-100 and above push-ups and sit-ups but I won't line my self to them but I'm very determined. I have big upper body but thin lower part (not balanced), now I'm doing jogging, exercise to lose fat on my upper part specially my shoulder. Right now I won't do heavy exercise my target is to boost my stamina and lose weight first but doing minor push/sit-ups at the same time, my max for a moment is 25 both, not good. not planning to go to gym.

I just wondering why people preffered time (mins) instead of numbers I could do 2 push/sit-ups for like per seconds but when I get tired I stopped instead of halt for a seconds.

2. this is another horror movie hmm... looks like the girl is having a personality problem when she start intake that drug, she is a normal girl but then she changes, she wont eat, wont talk, wont go outside of her room, the room is dark, sitting on her chair or bed and she was afraid when time comes she dont remember anything and hurt anyone.

May I ask if this motherboard supports the core 2 duo processor? I am trying to change my outdated amd athlon dual core 2.2ghz to core 2 duo processor but before I do things I just wan't to ask experienced people on good and bad things on this operation, yes I know how to actually change the processor what I'm asking is if it supports anything. My motherboard seemed to be outdated either so this is the information of my motherboard.

It says in the processor slot in the box is "SOCKET AM2", what is that? I'm not sure if this is the mobo I have but the image in the link is the same with my mobo.

Does it requires installation? with CD? or ready to use?

In short bluestacks keeps downloading and installing apps without my permission that's why the "my apps" always gets new apps even I do nothing, anyway I downloaded bluestack in their official website and looks like this one is better from my first download just imagine 2gb to 3gb in less than 10 mins that's ridiculous. Looks like there is a problem in my first bluestack download.

Back on topic when I unplug my internet it won't download so it will not decrease my HDD.

Bluestacks is a program that can run android games ".apk" files, my question is why it drains huge amount of space on my HDD? the drop of space is extremely fast an estimated size of 4gb to 6gb in less than 20mins OMG!, but I guess it's because it randomly downloading and installing apps in my computer without my permission. I found this so annoying but when I restarted my OS it will returns to original state. I'm using beta1 and I'm newbie on this one anyway this is a good program.

I have already psx emulator and I don't find any games which I like so much not even FF, Vagrant, Tales of Destiny, Valkyrie etc.

I found one which it gets my taste and it's Zenonia from app games.

A game like an RPG but not online.

I like games like guns, sword, anything with weapons and armors, adventure, fantasy or sci-fi, war, kill to level up, upgrade weaps, armors, skills etc.

It's hard for me to find games for my specs, 2.2ghz processor and 1gb ram and please don't suggest ps2 games above except it's modified or a pc game, just give a name and I will research it.

I think you are the only one who got my question clearer. What do you mean noise in the black? that moving small dots like worms moving on screen in 7:20? All I know my TV is directly plug on calbe.

Thanks for the comments I already asks ppl in the store and they said it's on my cable provider, I can watch movies fine but it depends on the quality. I am trying to change my cable provider so what is good choice for cable to have clear picture quality, just HD is that all?

I have complain about the picture quality of my new LCD/LED? 32 inch TV, look at this video for example from youtube and skip to 7:20 where the screen is like raining or bad reception or something, sorry don't know to call it right. That part was always noticeable even I'm far from the TV.

I am planning to return it from store cos my old TV was better in terms of picture quality.
