So, I was thinking;
Now personally, I love guns. If I could I'd love to have a Sig P220, Stetchkin APS, one each of the M-16 and P-90 as well as a Dragunov SVD and a Barret M82.
But, I dislike how easy it is to acquire illegal guns. There is no follow-through with second-hand gun sales; you can sell your gun to any gangbanger on the street or random whackjob at a gunshow.
My idea is to have handgun owners subject to random ATF inspections to make sure they still are in possession of a firearm, and any sale of personally owned handguns must be recorded and subject to the same rules as dealer-citizen transactions. No restrictions imposed on gun owners, they must simply be prepared to, at any time, to prove they still possess the gun they bought.
I posed this idea as a youtube comment on the video of William Shatner shooting a black guy three times and remarking "Thank God for guns" (yes, I know it's from Boston Legal) and got a reply stating to the effect that my idea to cut down on illeigal guns was bunk because the second amendment was to serve as the last line of defense against a tyrannical government.
Well...that argument holds no water at all. Police/military hardware is so much beyond what a citizen can possess, seems like that possibility is already gone.
What do you all think?

Why do I feel like the government wastes its time on the most insignificant things. Like, it'd be me worrying about what I was going to wear tomorrow while my house is burning down.As has been said before, the government has to be seen as doing something, and prosecuting lolicon possessors is fairly easy* and packs quite a bit of PR bang for the government's buck.
*As opposed to cracking down on drugs and illeigal guns.
I'd also recommend the first chapter Shoujo Material, two swimsuit-wearing girls getting fucked by their boyfriends simultaneously. Lots of cum too.
Flying Fucksticks, Drake! At first I was like; "Kinfe Play?" But when I found out it was just 'play' and no blood stuff The thought of Ui and Yui together made me happ! Yuricest! Yuricest! You get my +1 for tonight, sir!
Just please, be gentle on Azusa-chan!

Actually that first pic is pretty hot. As long as there was less anal sex than oral in the hentai it came from, I'm pretty sure I could fap to it.

Yes it is hypocritical. I firmly believe that someone who believes a fairy tale for the sole sake of comfort, someone who would so willingly and blindly follow a fanciful storybook tale, does not deserve their sentience.

Like the article states, the only way for something to be deemed "obscene" is with some stupid test; you ask someone from your community if the image is in fact obscene. If they say it is, you're fucked, if not, they find another person. It's just a way for the government to scapegoat lolicons, otaku, and weeaboo instead of dealing with the real problem, which is pedophiles in yo playground, fuckin' yo children. I'd like to link some fucking graphs, which proves the government has their heads in their asses and likes to be fucktards.Spoiler:
As you can see, once the lolicon boom hits, crime rates drop a huge amount.
So, the place with the most lax laws on lolicon has the smallest rape per 100,000? good job, government.
Actually the graph you show depicts a very sharp decrease in crimes until the lolicon boom begins, whereupon the decrease levels out and begins going up during the loli boom. After the bans, rates drop off sharply again. I'm guessing you didn't score very well on the ACT's science portion, did you?
I had the same mix up at first but look at the bottom. The 1960 part is at the far left so the in general high point is actually before. Simple mistake to make.
Oh yeah and a friend of mine says gotta always increase statistics from japan by 10% and lets say we do that and even add another for unreported crimes they still beat us.
It cannot be coincidence though that the space between the lolicon boom and the first lolicon ban occupies the bottoming out of the decline in sex crimes and the resurging increase.
