It's hard to make really effective bills that will be able to stop illegal activities that don't also give the power, if abused, to do a lot of highly intrusive acts that should not be tolerated.

Of course, the government isn't even making good attempts at this sort of thing. They seem to be going out of their way to make really really bad attempts. So either they truly don't understand how the internet works, or they have an ace up their sleeve that they are waiting to play that will end up making us all go "FUUUUU" when they do play it.

Part of the problem, is that the major players in the industries affected, are refusing to adapt to people. There's always been a hint of piracy in everything and often the cost of piracy is offset by the business it does draw in.

But the industry is ignoring the current type of demand that people are wanting, and instead are trying to force people to adhere to their standards. It would be more effective for them to create a model that helps to provide what the people are wanting, at what they expect. If they did that, it would decrease a lot of illegal activity and increase their revenue.

Like the anime industry for example given the nature of this site.

If instead of attacking subbing groups and such for releasing the anime, they instead use them to release subbed anime fast, in a cheap model it would generate revenue that wasn't there before, as well as decrease a lot of the suppliers of piracy and decrease the level of it.

It would also be more effective than cease and decease letters.

I was pulling out of my work's parking lot and I see this bitch doing about 55 in a 40 mph zone.

So obviously I had to pull some shit.

I quickly pull out in the same lane she was in and took off at a slower speed.


Her impatient ass quickly went into the next lane. So I pulled the much desired speed up until you reach the next vehicle and then match their speed so they can't pass regardless maneuver. It was quite successful.

But then the vehicle next to me turned at one of the stop lights and I was like "Fuck, my fun is over."

But then it so happened that she needed to turn left, and as she couldn't get past me, she had to get behind me to turn. Awesome.

So timing it right, I made sure to wait on the yellow light into a going through it like usual as I know she would run a red light without a care in the world.

Sat there for five minutes.

Then I pulled slowly out into the turn during the green and then sped up.

Finally she is able to get around me, but it's only on the street that she has to turn and I don't.

So I quickly yell out "U Mad?" before she could though.

Fuck you speed bitch.
