It's actually not easy to do it in Germany unless you do what some people here do and Transition out in Germany.
Granted, most of the people who transition out ended up marrying a local national, so there's that.
And honestly, it's not that easy to get a non DoD job as an American here, especially if you can't speak German.
And like, half the civilian jobs on the base (that aren't crap like the Commissary) are taken up by local nationals which 95% of the time are just shitty and are just taking advantage of the fact that we can't do shit to them.

SOOO many people go for the gold that they never get instead of playing it "good enough for now". My dad and some friends that are sometimes lucky. It's annoying when you hear, "I kept going"
Took 4 hours. Just had to be patient for good hands though. Nobody else was that great at playing.

I might look at the Pheonix Wright anime just for nostalgia sake.
Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu is probably the only one I might track weekly.
Sakamoto desu ga? was mildly interesting. The anime might be better.
There are a few that SEEM like they could be interesting.
But I'll let a few episodes come out before touching I think.
