Xenra is a good choice for converting Videos to MP3s from YouTube. You can change the Audio Bitrate and Volume for your final output. Works as video downloader too. The downside is, you can only convert once a day for visitors.
Martial Arts related... if it's the main theme, I could only think of Ring X Mama. It's about wrestling, if that counts as martial arts for you.
