Earns my full disapproval. You have two opposing communication methods competing for the same space. I can't imagine why Jacob would ever think this was a good idea. Oh, right.

I came across an interesting term a while back. It was "feature creep". This is a pretty good example of that.
Why don't we fix existing issues such as the forum indexer (oh boy!), the search, or whatever is causing the a returned error page; don't add more "features" that are at best redundant.
I suppose copy-pasting some code into the page is less taxing on the ol' gray matter.
