By being a FAKKU Gold Member. All of the mods have it and Jacob was planning something with it but I'm not sure what. (And even if I did I'm not sure I'd be at liberty to tell you.)

It's not. But when we ban someone for ban evading that's something that is specifically stated is a perma-bannable offense. There are VERY FEW, if any cases, where someone is banned when the situation is ambiguous..

No, not "no", I just asked the other staff about it and the reason was one of the ones I listed:

1.) lol
2.) didn't read a single thing I wrote
3.) nothing but insults
4.) raging on me because of something that somebody else (waar) did
5.) apparently getting being unbanned from being perma-banned doesn't count as a 'chance'
6.) "wouldn't make extra accounts" if you weren't banned? but making extra account is part of the reason why you're banned (see: rules) alas, we have a conundrum!
7.) rest was unintelligible
8.) in b4 none of this is read, or is completely misunderstood
9.) again, lol

See, I know Jacob is allergic to bans, so I highly doubt that. It's more likely that y... that guy was given several warnings and did not heed them, or made alt accounts during a temp ban which turned it into a perma, or did something so completely abhorrent to Jacob that he issued a perma right away. Or a combination thereof.

This isn't the first time he's broken the rules. In fact he's been given "lighter" bans like 4 times already.
I don't think we've ever perma-banned anyone right off the bat even if they were being a shithead. It's really stupid whenever people on this forum assume the staff hands out over-the-top punishments. If anything, it's infuriating how often we just let things go and give people second chances.

tl;dr anyone who is perma-banned had to -literally- try for it.

1.) Incorrect, necrobumping is okay only if you are adding something to the thread. Necrobumping to be a shithead is still not and never will be allowed.
2.) He mass-necrobumped + spammed threads, that's why he's perma-banned.
3.) Ban evasion is never okay, that's why all his alternate accounts are getting banned once we find out it's him.
4.) Who cares who banned him? Stop being an idiot and breaking the rules if you don't want to get banned.
