iTunes on Windows is the worst thing I have ever encountered.
Internet Explorer pre-8 is also the worst thing I have ever encountered.
xfire is a bad program whose functionality any number of other programs can do better, like Steam.

I don't think I've been called uptight much by the more rational users. It's usually those people who break rules and then get upset that they are suffering the consequences of their actions. Not that I would deny the accusation, but it's an interesting phenomenon.
