Well, this seems a tad too serious for me, especially since I don't normally notice frame lag unless it's really bad. I know a couple of people who would love this, though.
Also, I assume any system with a lower tier GPU would benefit from enabling OpenCL, would it not?

I'd agree with Flaser though, I ran a power supply calculator on those specs and it came out to around 462W, and this was me throwing in random crap like extra cd/dvd drives and RAM sticks. You really only need 500-550, it's better to spend that money into getting a good lower-wattage PSU rather than a mediocre high-wattage PSU. And yes, I believe your issue lies with the PSU. And yes, you could have asked me over Skype.
