There's more to what makes a person an individual than where they came from. They do not possess the same memories, personalities, appearance, hobbies, interest, or motivations; In what way can you say that they are the same other than they have the same spiritual mother figure that they aren't even aware of?

If that's how it works then, knowing that all homo-sapiens share 99.9% of their DNA all derived from the same source if you go back far enough, any claim of a human being would take all things considered human regardless of their feelings, experiences, and personality.

And if you think that sounds stupid, do remember it is the exact same thing your doing right now.

I'm not here to fight with you but you must understand, and I think you do from saying the you see my point, that this is a little unfair. Your not the only Zelda fan on this forum, I'm sure.

I can see one person like the Twilight Princess Zelda and another like the Skyward Sword Zelda--both very different from one another with the only similarity between those two being their name, spiritual connection, and being blonde--but saying "first come first serve for both" even though the users want to claim two different people isn't fair to either of them.

We all want to claim as many as we want to, but that doesn't mean we should justify a loophole so we can get them. I understand where your coming from, but I can't see claiming 20 characters and saying they are all "Technically one person" as anything but exploitative. You should have to pick one favorite like the rest of use are constantly having to do.

That's what I have to say about that. Feel free to continue as you wish and I hope you understand I'm just thinking about making this game fair for everyone. I thank you for reading and am grateful for your time.

I think the intent is for humanform worn/piloted suites & machines. Though there are some non-humanform mechas such as the Battletech Scorpion.

Self-motivated machines opens up eligibility for things like Keith Laumer's Bolo tanks. However there are plenty of examples of AIs capable of operating suits/mechas without human guidance, such as in Iron Man 3. I think a bigger sticking point would be whether it's designed for human (or other non-AI) operation. AFAIK Transformers are not designed like that.

Any fictional characters are eligible, as far as I reckon. You probably could make claims such as Arwen from LOTR or Hermoine from Harry Potter and still be within rules.
