My dl are not downloading at rate it say I'm downloading at. My status bar is saying I'm at 175 k/b and should finish in less than 10 minutes but it is taking over and hour to complete. I just had to changes some allowances in Kapersky to stop utorrent from not working properly and is working fine but my dirrect from site dl are horrible also.
