On the contrary, series that "usually" goes beyond 25 episodes have a "tendency" to have episodes that is really lacking in quality and simply have forgetful episodes. Gundam Seed and Destiny for example, Almost a 1/4 of it are RE-cap episode.Don't you just love seeing Nicol get baseball batted 5 times over and over again the next episode after he died? And see Cagalli's dad burn in that damn fire the same number of times in Destiny and possibly even more? God the guy died more as a flashback in Destiny than in SEED.

Subjective to each and every anime. I can't say the "old era" was better because I think that some of the oldies are great, and vise versa.Macross: Do You Remember Love?
Nothing will match the same time and effort DRYL had.
To answer the question. I agree with Kai that this is subjective to each individual. There will be many that say anything made before the year 2000 is a piece a garbage despite the fact that it may have a good story. I can name one arrogant person with this mentality but I'll refrain from that. In my personal opinion, it doesn't really matter to me much as long as the story is interesting but at the same time, new technology that broke the limitations of older anime seem to have invoked laziness on some shows which is a disappointment.

Tachibana Junichi... Gah pretty much most of the idiots from generic harem shows. I just find it infuriating that multiple girls are attracted to mumbling idiots who for some reason are accidental perverts.
Did you even watch the show? Or are you another Roger Ebert or Mike Toole?
Bumping this. If anyone still plays this.

I believe the GMs were talking about this for CBen recently. Hopefully we get these 2 soon.

If I look at my entire Gundam collection, I would cry because I spent way too much money on them. Easier on me not to think about it.

It's not an anime series, so it doens't qualify to be listed lol......it's a movie type level, much like The Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter.
I thought it was considered an OVA. My understanding is those still count as a series, even if the "episodes" are an hour long. Perhaps I am mistaken. Gundam Unicorn could still be considered a "series" of movies.
Gundam UC is still on-going and because of its release schedule, putting this on your list is redundant. Everyone who is watching this OAV will have to wait regardless and should already know that.
