do you intend to post copies of the stories that were originally only posted as part of book releases? We're not planning on doing that currently.

When does it ship? The box is available right now, and unless you add items currently not in stock, it should ship immediately.

Why does the volume, Delightfully Fuckable and Unrefined Happy Hour, have less pages then the original? If the original had guest pages, those have been omitted. This only has artwork from Butcha-U.

Will this collection be on UP1? (I'll assume it'll be on it but would like a confirmation)I'm not sure if we usually sell our box sets through them. I'll have to check and get back to you next week.
Update: They do carry our box sets, but not in large quantities and their orders are a bit spread out. So probably, but I can't guarantee it or give an ETA.

More Fakku highway robbery. In addition to what has been said by others, I've already addressed this here and here. If you want to continue this discussion, do so in a separate topic.

if something I have purchased but has not shipped out yet goes on sale, am I able to get the sale price for something I have already paid for?In that case, I unfortunately don't think so, as a sale would not apply retroactively to a completed transaction.

Any news about the black friday? The sale goes live tomorrow Friday (PST).

Just a quick update on our doujinshi release schedule. We've been doing bi-weekly releases for most of the year, but we wanted to let you know that we plan on taking January 2021 off. After that small hiatus, we'll continuing as usual in February. This is to allow our team to focus on subscription content leading up to the end-of-year holidays, assuring there's enough magazine chapters to to keep a steady flow of releasing during the winter break.
This relates specifically to doujinshi published directly by FAKKU—not any of our partners—and we still have two book releases scheduled for January.
While at it, I also wanted to give you a teaser for December: we'll start out the month with Naughty Supplement by Kyockcho, and then round off the year with the next installment of Takunomi's Assisted Mating right around Christmas time. We hope these will help keep you warm during the winter season!

Finally, our yearly Black Friday sale starts next weekend, as you probably already expected. That said, I can throw in another teaser and let you know that we have something special prepared for the occasion, so stay tuned for that and keep an eye out on the site and our social media in a week's time!

Craziest thing. I was on Amazon and saw that several of Kisaragi Gunma’s works was on kindle unlimited. This seems to be someone selling scanlations they got from various sources, which is why the quality is all over the place. I can almost guarantee you it's unlicensed and the artists/publishers aren't compensated, so please don't buy from this seller. Not sure what can be done about it, but I've reported it to our team who might be able to get in contact with Amazon.

Vol.10 will be out this month. We currently don't have data beyond that, but I'm hoping we receive it before the end of the year so we can release Vol.11 in Q1 of 2021.

Sorry, I forgot to reply to this thread, but we've inquired about this change. I imagine the magazine will keep the same quantity of chapters spread over two months, which if so is a welcome change as it makes the flow of data more consistent. I'll update the magazine preview sticky once I know anything more.

Update on the topic above: we've now received Bavel and Dascomi data and the first chapter has been released. This was out of the ordinary and we don't expect the same delay again for the next issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I think what you're referring to is how before we had the subscription service, we initially teased it by releasing a dozen or so magazine chapters over the course of half a year leading up the the launch. As the subscription didn't exist yet, those were made accessible to users who had previously bought a FAKKU Books title. I don't remember when exactly, but at some point those chapters were converted into regular subscription chapters (they were handled a bit differently previously given the unusual circumstances). I just know we made a forum post about it at the time, but that was year ago at this point.

As I've addressed over here in the announcement, we'll start out with the remaining five volumes from 2017. No promises beyond that, but if we were to keep going with Bavel backissues, we'd do 2016-01 next and then keep going with the rest of that year.

Those artists have declined to have their works published in English, which happens when you pick up older content. I'm pretty sure we've addressed that before, but seems like we never added a disclaimer on the magazine itself, so I've gone ahead and done that. All available chapters have been released.

Happining was discontinued and succeeded by Weekly Kairakuten. I don't know what the complication that keeps us from getting volume 1 is exactly, but seeing how we haven't gotten it yet, I don't expect us to in the future. Historically, we've never received backissues from its publisher.
As for Koh, it's probably a combination of it being discontinued and us only having two volume. I've suggested combining Koh, G4M, and Happining into a single category in the past, and I can bring that up again internally and see if that's an option.

Just wanted to update everyone that we're still waiting to receive data for Bavel 2020-11 and Dascomi Vol.9. which is why we haven't been able to release any chapters from those magazines yet in case you've been wondering. We apologize for the delay and I'll continue to inquire about these volumes.
We're also expecting the new Fall edition of Aoha to arrive soon, and we'll start working on that and the other magazines as soon as we have the files.

Have you ever thought of adding 1-time subscription payments? You can do this by adding a subscription, then cancelling it before the time is up. This is what I do for certain MMOs; buy a subscription, then immediately cancel the reoccurring payments. Your account is still active and considered "subscribed" until the period you paid for runs out:
Do I still have access to features and content after cancelling my subscription?
Yes, once you've subscribed for a month, you'll have access to all features and content, future and past, until the end of that period.

2) Is the Aoha Fall release behind in getting material?
The data should be on its way, but we haven't received it yet, no.

This isn't a big announcement or anything like that, but I still wanted to give you a small update on this topic.
First, some background information: in the middle of 2019, two of the magazines we publish—X-Eros and Shitsurakuten—went bi-monthly, and Europa relaunched as Dascomi. At the time, we weren't sure what this would mean for us, but we decided to add the quarterly Comic Aoha to the main lineup to make up for it. Now that we have a year of releases behind us, we have a better grasp of the situation. The flow of data is highly irregular given that none of these magazines are monthly, but roughly speaking, we receive around half of a smallish magazine's worth of content less on an average month.
While this has not affected the release output (the amount of new content made available each day), the reduced input of content (what we get from the publishers) means we're eventually going to run low of chapters to release. However, the gap isn't large enough to justify us picking up a brand new magazine. We also don't know how much of an impact the ongoing pandemic has had on this, and it's possible all magazines will bulk up in size next year.
So with all that said, our best solution for now is to dip into the Comic Bavel backlog. For starters, that means releasing the remaining volumes from 2017 that predates our acquisition of the magazine. The plan is to release them roughly in order, starting with the January issue and keep going until the May issue. I expect this will keep us occupied for the rest of the year, and then we'll reevaluate the situation and decide on our next step.
In summary, you'll start seeing content from Bavel 2017 sprinkled in among with the regular releases, with the first handful of chapter already out. Newer chapters from current magazines will still be a priority whenever possible, as we don't want to fall behind on those. Finally, this gives us a nice opportunity to bring back some authors who aren't as active anymore—typically because artists often go on an extended hiatus after a book release. Hopefully you'll get to see some old favorites pop up again in the next few months, or just enjoy more content from still active artists.
