Books published by FAKKU/KUMA and our doujinshi box sets have physical releases. Other content is typically digital-only with a few exceptions.

As I tried to explain, it mainly comes down to printing. At least when it comes to our regular books, we match the quality of the best releases in Japan, meaning that depending on the publisher, our releases are at times higher quality than the Japanese version. Japan also has a more widespread culture of self-publishing, and print shops to meet that demand. By contrast, it's impossible to print our titles in North America (due to printers not being comfortable with the content), forcing us to print overseas and import the product. A doujin produced in Japan is a vastly different product than one produced elsewhere, and it's not a fair comparison.

paying $80 for something that should be about $30 is absolutely absurd.I don't think you're taking into account that the doujinshi releases are considerably larger than the standard book size (B5 vs A5), and how this consists of three individual volumes hosted inside a slipcase rather than a single book release. Even a generous estimate would put the theoretical minimum cost at about twice that, but only when assuming a very simplified model for the printing process—e.g., printing four 25-page books is the same as printing one 100-page book, which isn't the case.
This is a special collectors item, and the higher production costs are reflected in the final product price. Omnibussing the content would allow for a cheaper product (that's why publishers do omnibuses over individual volumes), but our goal with these box sets is to go above and beyond and provide the highest quality product for the fans, and that includes the format of the item itself. Although, a budget version might be something worth considering for future reprints.

Get ready for the newest FAKKU box set to leave your mouths agape!
FAKKU is proud to announce our newest collectors box featuring the infamous creator of Victim Girls, Asanagi!
The Asanagi Box is the complete Victim Girls: R collection, including Flesh & Refresh with High School Girls, Molester Eradication Campaign, and You Won't Beat Me! The three individual books come in a stunning, glossy slipcover featuring original art from Asanagi along with a special art insert!
The box also enhances previous online releases with updated SFXs and other improvements, making this collection a real must-have for fans and collectors.
These girls play the victim but love every moment of it!
Infamous ahegao artist Asanagi was one of our planned guests for this year’s Anime Expo, until the event was cancelled due to the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic. So while we regret not being able to interact with the artist, we do have some exclusive print content to share with FAKKU supporters.
This new Asanagi Box set is now available and can be purchased right away! With the individual releases already on the site, there's no digital version for this set. However, buying the physical box (directly from the site) unlocks the digital chapters to your account, and those will be updated with the improvements made for the box release—for new and existing owners. The updated chapters can also be purchased individually for users only interested in the digital edition; make sure you visit the gallery for the desired release and it will give you the option between digital (individual) and physical (complete box set):
Spoiler:
Asanagi Box: The Complete Victim Girls:R Collection ($80.00)
To celebrate the release of the collectors set, we're also holding a 25%-off weekend sale on all Asanagi-related ahegao merchandise listed below!
FAKKU x Fatalpulse ($18.75)
Ahegao Shirt ($30.00)
Ahegao Button Down ($75.00)

The magazine in which it was published (Comic Europa) was discontinued, and the author has done other releases in the two years since. If I had to guess, it seems most likely that the series was unfortunately cancelled along with the magazine.

MEME50 returns with a personal favorite!
Ikemoto's been pining over Maho, his cute college classmate, for weeks and finally has a plan to get some one-on-one time, but unwanted third and fourth wheels have upset his plans! Fuji can be a decent wingman, while Maho brought Tomoko, a glasses-wearing plain jane who's way too intimidating to talk to. Once the beer starts flowing though, it starts to loosen everyone's tight gears and clothes start dropping along with Ikemoto's jaw!
Maho is a beauty, but Tomoko's lust-inducing boobs and plush butt are off the charts! As a wild orgy commences, Tomoko goes from plain jane to a hottie with a body and Ikemoto might be in love.
Let's Get Horny from acclaimed writer/artist MEME50 is another classic that blends his unique brand of romance with witty beats and light NTR. A near ten-year veteran, MEME50's work has been featured in magazines Shitsurakuten and Kairakuten BEAST as well as his own doujin work for the circle, memeya. MEME50 was also FAKKU's guest of honor at Anime Expo 2017, where he filled panel rooms with his unique sense of humor and entertaining views on pop culture. FAKKU Books previously released his collections Limit Break, XXX Maiden, Heat Alert, and Drawn By Brush to great fanfare.

We only distribute this title, as is the case for most games on the platform. If there are issues with the product, it's better to bring that to the attention of the publisher. They can then address the problem, and we can update the product accordingly. That said, I'll pass this on internally and see what can be done.

It's put on hold due to Corona. Art books have massive color pages and are very costly to produce, and of course we don't want to do a shoddy job. They require an ideal QA environment to ensure the colors come out right, so we unfortunately can't proceed with any art books until restrictions are lifted.

Hi Brittany, would it be possible to keep an updated list of upcoming reprints like you gave a page or so ago? If not a definitive list, then just a list of those books you are prioritizing (in no particular order)? Then people wouldn't have to keep asking about if their particular book they want is being reprinted. This was brought up internally last week, and we plan on adding a topic where you can follow the status of books currently in the process of being reprinted.

For those who missed the pre-order: As already stated, we no longer consider these boxes one-time limited items, so a third print run is very much a possibility depending on demand and resources. However, considering this round of reprints is still months away from release, I can't give any further specifics on when/if that would happen. For now, I recommend you stay tuned and follow us on any of our official channels for future updates on doujinshi boxes.

Most likely it'll happen in the form of more doujinshi box sets, such as the Michiking Box from 2019.

Update: We just received data for the next couple volumes. We'll try to schedule Vol.6 in the next available release slot, hopefully not too far into the future. At earliest, I'd say about a month from now, assuming we don't run into any unforeseeable complications with the files. Fingers crossed we'll have a few more volumes of this series out before the year is over, and then keep a steady release rate going into 2021.

Is the entire book releasing digitally on the 13th?How long does it take for the digital/paperback to come out?
The first digital chapter is released a week after the pre-order starts, and the rest over the course of a week.
Download links are usually put up within a week after the release of the final chapter.
The shipping dates for paperback vary, but it's typically 2-3 months after the pre-order.
