That was an older localization that FAKKU was simply distributing. This is going to be a brand new release, completely done from scratch by our team.

You didn't; I just added that disclaimer. I also suggested to the dev team that we'll hide that entry to avoid this in the future.

News and Announcements
November 23: We had some hiccups which delayed the Bavel 2019-12 data. We now have that, along with 2020-01, as well as the next two volumes of Weekly Kairakuten and Dascomi. As we received another surge of content to work on, you can expect a little bit of everything as we wrap up the year.

October 29: Currently waiting for updates on the next issues of Weekly Kairakuten. We'll start working on them as soon as we have the data.

August 19: Added Bavel 2019-10 previews and links to the individual threads from previous months/years.

July 23: Added previews for Kairakuten and Bavel 2019-09, as well as Aoha 2019 Spring and Summer, and Happining Vol.2-4. As a reminder, we're still sorting some things with Happining Vol.1, so that's not yet available. See this post for more info on the new magazines.

June 25: A while back we merged several subsections of the forums. Spurred on by this change, I want to try doing something similar for these preview threads. For a while now I've felt it's a bit spammy to make a new thread each month, so instead, I'd like to gather all upcoming previews for the rest of the year in this one mega thread. Nothing else is changing, but I feel this will help to keep the forums a bit cleaner. In addition, this thread can serve as the central hub for any discussion related to upcoming magazines, instead of splitting it up into six separate threads.

This change also allows me to get these previews out sooner. In the past, I'd always wait until I had all the previews for several magazines before making a new thread, but now I can edit this one whenever I have any updates. I plan to update this thread in reverse chronological order, so that the August previews goes above July. That way you simply have to open the thread for the most recent content and to see if anything new has been added.

Also as a reminder, going forward Comic X-Eros and Comic Shitsurakuten will be released on alternating months, with X-Eros this month and a new Shitsurakuten in August. As a result, this months X-Eros will be considerably larger than your average issue from before this change, with 30 artists and around 600 pages. For more info on this change, see this thread. Finally, expect an update to this thread after our Anime Expo announcements.

I don't handle contracts so I don't know the exact reasoning, but it doesn't make sense for us to be in direct competition with our Japanese partners.

We can't do that, but I'd direct you to any Japanese site that sells the original version if that's what you want.

Our con goods are made as a limited run, meaning we have no plans to restock the items once they're all sold out. That said, we try to produce enough so that we have some left after the con that can be sold on the site. However, whenever an item is sold out, it's gone, so I can't give any promises beyond that.

It's out of my hands when the announcement goes live, but from what I've been told, our AX plans should be up fairly soon.

The situations hasn't changed much. We're not working on doujinshi and probably won't until after AX.

All chapters are marked with a label in the top right if a purchase is required to access the content.

We recently added a feature where chapters from the popular section show up on the front page. As its a dynamic list, those chapters naturally don't stay up on the front page permanently, but refresh at regular intervals.

My best guess is you saw a chapter that was popular at the time, and has now been replaced by another chapter on the front page.

I would advise against reaching out to artists directly unless you have a confirmation from a publisher that they are interested in working on their material. We probably have the best contacts in the industry, so it's only a matter of resources on our end. My suggestion was to reach out to publishers, such as the ones listed on this page, not artists. It's most likely better to let them handle the communication with artists, if they're interested.

It's more of an "if" rather than a "when." It would be for full magazines, but no plans for that as of right now.

The problem is the false spin you're putting on your statement, implying that we are avoiding NTR out of a fear of a public backlash. NTR is one of the most popular genres both in Japan and the West, and it's pretty mainstream, so I have no idea why you're tying to conflate it with more extreme fetishes.

I'll sum up and restate what I said in that topic to clear up any misunderstandings: more extreme content is hard for us to publish, because Japanese publishers typically say no for various reasons. Even if we get a license, payment processors in the West will instead say no, meaning we can't sell it. This is completely out of our hands, and has nothing to do with us wanting to protect some imagined image. Finally, this has no relevance whatsoever to NTR.

To get back on topic and try to answer OP:

We publish a number of magazines, the content of which is dictated by market demands as a whole, as well as available artists. It's not something we have direct control over, but assuming the demand for NTR stays as high as it is, I wouldn't be surprised to see more of this kind of material in the future.

As for books, we are constantly looking for potential NTR-centric licenses, precisely because we know there is a demand for it. However, we want all of our releases to do well, so we won't pick up any odd title just to fill some quota. All I can say is this kind of book is certainly on its way, and when it finally arrives, it will be a good one.

Finally, our main focus is on commercial manga, but you could try to reach out to any of the other publishers who sell their content here and mainly work on doujinshi releases. Check their social media to see if they are interested in this kind of feedback and how you can contact them.

Upcoming changes to the release schedule

A number of our magazines will see some changes in the next few months. The background to this is several convenience store chains in Japan having banned the sale of adult magazines in recent times, and the total distribution dropping dramatically as a direct result. Due to this, some changes will be made to make the sale of physical media in Japan viable in this new climate, which will also affect our digital content to varying degrees.

First off, Comic X-Eros and Comic Shitsurakuten are both going from a monthly release rate to bi-monthly. They will release on alternating months, meaning the next issues of Shitsurakuten is slated to come out as normal in the middle of June, the next X-Eros in early July, and so on. To compensate for this, the plan is to increase the page count between the two magazines, but the exact numbers have yet to be finalized. We'll keep you updated once we know more.

Secondly, and more excitingly, we're about to introduce a brand new magazine. This might sound contradictive to what was said in the previous two paragraphs, but our partner in Japan is taking a very unique approach to this new title—one which I don't think has ever been tried before with a Japanese ero magazine. This new approach lends some inspiration from our equally unique partnership, and we look forward to sharing more information on this magazine in the near future leading up to it's scheduled launch in July.

Finally, between the new magazine and the increased page count in X-Eros and Shitsurakuten, the overall volume of content should stay unchanged. It's also worth mentioning that all these changes are coming from the same publisher, Wanimagazine, so while artists might move around and appear in different magazines, your favorites will still be here after these changes. Even in the event of us seeing a decrease in volumes, we can compensate with more issues from our other magazines, such as Comic Koh and Comic Bavel. We also have additional licenses planned that we will share with you all in the next few months (likely to be revealed at one of our panels at Anime Expo). In other words, you won't see any less content on FAKKU due to these changes.

To sum it up, this will mainly affect when you'll see certain content, but the overall experience will only improve in the long run.

Every part is titled Witchcraft Chapter 1 to Finale, which tells you it is indeed one continuous story. Same as Power Play! which we just announced.

We had to move some releases around due to issues related to the data that was out of our hands. That's all sorted now, but please be aware that if we've eluded to something earlier, we might've shifted that to a later release slot. Rest assure though that none of our planned licenses have been dropped.
