So finally the crisis in Egypt have calmed down? Haven't heard any news past the conflicts. No, it's still going. Just that it's settled to a point where news don't care to cover it because it isn't 'important' enough now. Not my problem though, I was only sent to make sure Egypt and Israel play nice, not deal with internal conflict.
heh, as expected from middle east countries. conflict news all time.
So going back to hunting kangaroos again? hahaha
Nope, straight back to work again. I'm getting two weeks of leave and then getting sent off yet again. It's gonna be another retour of Ethiopia but this time, I'll be doing more than just training their developing military.
On the topic of confessions.
Oh great, I'm the next victim.

they're mutated bugs!--Kei. Bakemonogatari?
the vampire (Shinobu) is obsessed with donuts
Yes, that one. I've only watched up to Nisemono and from what I've heard, there is a second season now of Monogatari. I've got to catch up on a lot of series I've missed out on.
Oh yes, the 'vampire' whose name escapes me atm (haven't watch anime in ages). The character has an obsession with donuts from what I remember.
@Sana, yes I've been on tour in Egypt as part of our country's contribution to the MFO, along with 24 others.

Indeed and it is much more easier than in the previous version now that it shows page number rather than post count.
@Ryuu, as much as I'd get from the travelling between checkpoints. Didn't really get much free time what with the stuff that happened while I was there.

@Ryuu, Mainly just make sure the neighbors(Egypt and Israel) play nice. Besides that, I was able to talk with soldiers from a whole range of different countries and try out some neat weapons to boot. They were all fine men.
I see~ how long did you stay in there?
Three months, that is the standard circulation time for our detachments in Egypt and Israel.
I see. Well, can't say I've ever encountered one as persistent before, usually a second post fixes it.

o.o Kei is back!yup2,except for the bugs~
Indeed, I've returned from my long assignment in Egypt, though personally I kinda wish I could of stayed for a while longer.
Indeed, this is a persistent bug. Is this frequent with the new layout?
Oh? I find that happens to me quite a lot although not so much these past months.

VALERIY: Yeah well. . . probably was no point in doing this seeing as I won't have the time to keep watch on this forum next week.
Not been a month since Kei's deployment and I've already lost the energy and time to dedicate myself here like I said I would. I gotta hand it Kei, I wouldn't be able to stand it here for as long as he has been. . .

VALERIY: I saw that one as well.
Just want to keep in mind that this isn't meant to actually be a store. It's simply the environment in which I've decided to situate the residents of this thread in.
VALERIY: Meh, I've got exams this week but I'm still doing my own stuff rather than studying. You go figure.
VALERIY: Well shit, I left this unattended for quite a while. Might as well redo the whole place.
Welcome to the operator's supermarket, visit the first post for a basic understanding of what this is.
How has everyone been this past week of my absence? Here's how I've been.

I admit I really like the smell of burned gunpowder.I really want to pay a visit to a range sometime soon.
VALERIY: Ah, finally my internet starts working again. Been trying to fix it for a while now.
As far as I know bullpup feels heavier in hand because the weight center is on the buttstock where most of mechanism is.
While normal styled rifles have it usually centered above the grip.
Do you also like the smell of burned gunpowder?
Hmm, I guess that would make sense.
And to answer your question, it's not that I don't like it but I could certainly do without.

VALERIY: It was a pretty far distance but thankfully we were using scopes as well. It was pretty horrible when that burst went, my third shot went over the mound and fucked my score up.I can imagine.
I did a little research and largest ones around are around 100 meters. I dunno if there is a 180 or 200 meter around if there is I do not know about it and have no way of finding.
So how does F88 feel? I only held a 1:1 model of AUG.
Hmm, heavier than I thought. I don't know why but the AK I fired felt lighter. Strange considering that's made of steel and solid wood and the F88 is a polymer stock. . .
Recoil is what you expect from a 5.56 and the bullpup config gives you a front row seat to the smell of cordite whenever a casing is discharged.
