Honestly... It was awkward and strange to say the least, I was 17 and dating a crazy ass girl as a rebound from a serious relationship that yielded nothing. One day after playing a few dozen rounds of Soul Calibur 4 she pulled me aside from my other friends and C-block Sarah (always cock-block'n) couldn't stop her and I before we got to her room. She then threw me onto the bed and said "alright, lets do it." Nothing sexy or even romantic, just in a business-like tone, "alright lets do it" I awkwardly took off my pants, grabbed my wallet emergency condom (because I'm not about to have no kids) and got to work. We ended up having a short (only 2 month) relationship based mostly around sex. When I broke up with her she t?ried to say I "raped her", but my paranoia paid off and I had a mountain of evidence she consented and that she was the one who started it. ("why do you record most of your conversions? Because it gets your ass out of a lot of trouble.)that is harsh man D:
It's whatever at this point, I got out if court scott free and told get her is she ever tries that again I'll have her baker acted.

Very good choices. I agree with your rationale, however Asuka will always be #1 with me.
As a child raised by my Mother in the shadow of my younger sister I developed a warped vision on relationships. As the odd one out my entire life and having it basically instilled in me that males are inferior I began to see dating as more of a power struggle than an expression of love (I've corrected this since by the way). I constantly manipulated, played with women's hearts, toyed with emotions and became a monster in my own right. I was spiteful and underhanded, it wasn't until I met a match for myself that I realized how fucked up my opinion was. I've crushed girls as a show of my strength and to justify that I wasn't inferior, however I suppose that explains my lofty opinion of tsundere.

Actually, i believe he posted it on the right topic. It's just the tittle that's misleading. All he wants is advice if he should watch that trash of an anime. There, i answered your question. You're better off reading the manga, though it's just that tad bit better.
Thank you for justifying my original take on the series. I've got better things to do with my time like read a book or raising a child.
Simply put choose a male and female character you feel is the best all around based entirely upon personality rather than abilities or accomplishments. Briefly justify your choice.
Best male: Naota (FLCL) his temperment and cool attitude make him an ideal character for a larger-than-life role because it seems that for the most part he doesn't care. His conflicting views of loyalty to his brother and his feelings for Mamimi (probably misspelled) makes for a good internal conflict and his relationship with his father makes him have the "straight-man" persona of comedy pairs. Overall he's a well crafted character.
Best female: Asuka Langley Soryu (Neon Genesis Evangelion) why? She perfect portrays conflicting feelings of superiority and inadequacy. She's a constantly unstable yet constantly relatable character. Her short temper and boastful nature make her seem cute in a tsundere way and she has a constant habit of making her emotions visible yet transparent (ie, she hides them but makes them known, Shinji is just an idiot)

excuse me but i think this topic goes herewell the earlier episode is ok but the current episode is full of filler that's why so many get annoyed by it..
That's how I ended up dating an awesome girl back in my Army days, although she kinda told me instead of asking.
Her: You're taking me to a movie dinner and shopping this weekend
Me: Is that a date?
Her: Yeah, you got a problem with that?
Me: Uhhh.. No? I'm not sure what to do now...
Her: Don't spend money this week, you're paying.
Me: Oh... Kay? So it's a date then, a real date?
Her: Yeah.
Four months later best relationship I've ever had, a week after 4 months she gets stationed elsewhere and breaks it off saying "it was fun"

1) Quit smoking
2) Buy a real motorcycle (fuck this moped)
3) Actually go to college (no more excuses you're had your fun now get serious)
4) Get that motorcycle license I need (and have needed for the past 6 months)
5) Stop helping my sister cheat in college, I'm the smart one dammit and I won't have her take my spot!
6) Make an RP once I get Elite status (because no one is going to even slightly respect it until I have some serious posts to back it up)

I've never seen Naruto and have (until just now) refused to watch it because of naru-tards ruining my potential enjoyment of the show. Am I missing out on it or is it just another generic over-hyped anime that isn't worth the time?
Jeez what's with all the green eye hate going on? I've got green eyes... Incidentally the eye color I don't like is brown, it's just so common and for the most part uninteresting. I had to lie to my ex-fiance about her brown eyes being oh so interesting when in reality they were just a pair of uninteresting brown eyes.
In anime, I don't hate any eye color specifically, I just don't like it when characters have no pupils, that shit just weirds me out, hence my first go through of Chobits was broken with me pausing it to go "Jesus you don't have any giving pupils! Doesn't anyone else find that a little weird?!?"

first REAL love? or first highschool 'love'?First real love would be current gf.
Sometimes they're the same, usually they aren't. Mine I still have feelings for even though it's 7 years later and we've both held several relationships since we last saw each other. One of mu other friends recently called me out on it and she was right, I still do have very strong feelings for her, but things probably won't change and we've led such different lives I don't think things could work out between us. I loved her, and still do love her more than either of my ex-fiances, but that's another matter for another time.
Makoto Hyuga and Shigeru Aoba from Evangelion. I'd be the perfect "third guy" for that group and I'd have some random job where nobody knows exactly what I do just like them (not necessarily at Nerv, but their jobs suit who they are, kinda important but fairly vague) plus Hyuga could use a wingman other than Aoba, he might get laid with me instead of constantly fantasizing about Misato... I'm just saying, as a friend/wingman Aoba kinda failed Hyuga
#1 Neon Genesis Evangelion
Everything else in no particular order
Paranoia Agent, FLCL (just so classic and timeless), Full Metal Panic!, Full Metal Alchemist, Gundam Wing (for the nostalgia), Speed Grapher, Clannad/Clannad After Story (I'll admit, I got all watery-eyed when Negisa died), Dragon Ball Z (if that even counts, but again, it's for the nostalgia), Excel Saga, Puni puni poemi (Nabesbin is hilarious), the list goes on, but I'm sure nobody wants to read that long a post and I don't feel like writing it on my phone.

i love 12-13 epd series.Series that need a 2nd season:
Freezing
High School of the Dead
Sacred Seven
Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt
Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai
Onegai Teacher
Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid
Mayo Chiki!
Hatsukoi Limited
Elfen Lied
Black Lagoon The Second Barrage
B Gata H Kei
I agree with that list with the exception of Elfen Lied. Don't fuck with perfection and it's one of the rare animes that I thought was better than the manga. Where the anime cut off the manga should have too because the writing quality dropped (in my opinion) after that point. Don't get me wrong I loved it nonetheless, but leaving it where it is seems more right to me.
Florida in winter, that's a fucking joke. It was goddamned 75 degrees today, now that's winter weather I could get used to. No wonder there are so many homeless here, I done goofed being homeless in cold ass Virginia last winter.

Where's the "No" option?Apparently there is a way to control your own dreams I read from another post on a Dream-related thread. Lay still for 20 minutes and do nothing. Do not move a muscle. Then, after your body shuts down into sleep paralysis, think about what you want to dream about. Close your eyes, and after 10 minutes or so you'll fall unconscious and dream what you want to dream about.
Dunno if it's true, I've not yet tried it.
I would like to relive some of my dreams from the past. One time I dreamt that I was a black knight saving a girl from a monster in what appeared in the dream to be an old sawmill.
Sadly it took me until I read your post that there was no "no" option, I hadn't voted yet though do it's not like I even looked really.
Just as the title says, I'm curious about everyone's first love. This isn't about crushes, however if fewer feelings weren't returned, but you think it still constitutes love then go for it. As for me, my first love was a girl in my drama class, her name is Alise, she's my longest standing friend (we've been friends for damn near 7 years) she's a blonde with almost curly wavy hair and an incredible singing voice. I told her how I felt about her after I moved away, but things wouldn't have worked out anyway. We still talk and whatnot, it just never happened between us.
