Irvin and David, from Sterling VA, I'm 90% sure you're on here lurking (unless you never go to the forums), pm md immediately. Kieswetter wouldn't be on here but you two sure as hell would be.
They typically keep it private, however one of my friends is probably on here lurking or otherwise (Irvin I know you're here somewhere!) Actually, if Irvin is here (from Sterling Virginia) I (Eric) want you to PM me. David, I'm probably sure you're here too.

Well I have my work cut out for me after work. (yes I am posting at work). It'll be up in a few hours, I get off in 1 and it'll take me 20 minutes to walk home, so 45 minutes to write should be sufficient.
Edit: It's posted and ready to begin!
I know it's a double post, however it's ready! Everything, sample character sheets, rules, and settings. Wheneversoever I get enough players it can begin.

Aboard UNSV Piatkowski Sagan Class Colonial Vessel
Massive "Einstein Time dilation" chambers make up most of the 3 km long vessel to compensate for the long voyage. Time slows to an ordinary scale making the journey last 5 years (intended time to destination) rather than the tens of thousands of years it would take to reach the colony. The interior if the ship is sensibly designed with conservative decor, and is lacking of a personal touch, the obvious result of Epsilon-Human design. Individual compartments are outfitted with micro-fabrication units and blank carbon masses to be fashioned into furniture. The bulk of the hull's interior is designed to resemble a small city complete with parks, housing complexes, several corporate laboratories, and various food production facilities. Housing 6,000 people of all human species. The bridge is isolated in a hyper-time emulator which makes time pass at controlled intervals. The bridge is designed by military standards as per the orders of Captain Gordan Kip. Surrounding the vessel is a powerful Hawking series event horizons modifying special relativity allowing the ship-time to be in synch with Earth time (the trip takes 20 years Earth and ship time). At it's core hovering in the middle of the ship's inner city is the power-plant, a micro-black hole supplying the ship with sufficient power. Protected to ridiculous standards it is virtually impossible for the core to ever go critical. Manufactured by Gordon Aerospace the ship's crew is made up almost entirely of Gordon Aerospace personnel.
On the surface of the alien moon
Profile of the alien moon
Gravity 1.4G
Atmospheric density 1.2x that of Earth
Atmospheric composition breathable, excess of oxygen allows for larger fauna
Liquid water coverage 65% salt water, 12% fresh water
Magnetosphere 4.9x Earth's
The ship crash lands on the edge of a vast desert (to minimize damage). In the crash the entire bridge crew dies.
The wreckage
Sealed in a Dirac sea the ship's core is inaccessable rendering the once powerful vessel dead. Without Higgs field modulators the ship's full mass makes it unstable and it will soon crumble under it's own weight. Most of the vessel is beyond salvage.
The desert
The desert is the only known desert on the moon, with temperatures exceeding 155°F. Local fauna are present, but sparse. Broken by occasional geothermal geysers, sulfur pools and very sparse pockets of vegetation.
Savannah
Laying just beyond the desert is a vast savannah making up the majority of the landscape of the moon. Broken by hundreds of square kilometers of dense rainforests. The majority of life on the surface of the moon is xeno-reptilian carbon based life.
Rainforests
Too dense for sensor probes, explore to find out.
Polar caps
Unknown, no time for detailed scans.

Also, I'm pretty sure your friend is gay and still is insecure about his sexuality. I highly doubt a straight man would propose this sort of situation. So, you have to keep that in mind - what if he develops feelings for you? Would you feel comfortable telling a future girlfriend that you let a man suck you off (and vice versa!) just because you were horny and desperate enough to agree to do so? I think that would be judged as pathetic at best.On the pathetic front... Girls will say what they will, so will guys, it's really not the end.of the world if they say it, it's just bad if you see yourself as pathetic. Then again I'm morally questionnaire at best, so I'm probably not an authority on such matters.

Rules and gameplay
Turns
A turn is classified as a 24 hour period or whenever all players have posted, whichever comes first. You may post more than once per turn but you cannot exceed three posts per turn (barring special circumstances such as direct dialog). If you do not post within a turn it is assumed that your character is off maintaining their livelihood. Failure to post within 4 turns (at most if turns occur in less than 24 hours) it is assumed that your character has died and I will create the circumstances (unless you have preferred circumstances and you pm me the details prior to my posting if your death).
Realism
Realism is implied. The laws of physics are constant and to enhance immersion into the story suspensions of the laws of physics, general rules of biology and abilities of individuals won't be permitted and I will pm any player who does so to modify or delete their post.
Player walk-ons
Player walk-ons are permitted within reasonable limits. Anyone wishing to walk-on during the rp pm me and I will typically allow it.
Player deaths
In the event of a player death (things happen, characters die) see walk-on rules to rejoin the game.
Use of technology
Technology has advanced to astronomical levels, however see realism. If you can't come up with how something would work it cannot be introduced.
Character profiles
Follow the standard model for my character and NPCs posted.
Species
Genetic modification has yielded 6 species of human, each cannot reproduce outside of their species, so yes, they are actually different species.
Playable species
Human
Unaltered human, unremarkable yet balanced and more resilient (with the exception of Sigma-Humans) to physical ailments and (with the exception of Beta-Humans) to mental conditions.
Beta-Human
Genetically modified to be significantly more intelligent than any other human species. More prone to physical ailments than any other species of human. Resourceful, quick-witted and dexterous they typically make up the scientific portion of society.
Gamma-Human
Genetically modified to be very efficient in bodily functions capable of surviving much longer with less food and water. Created to be the pioneers of the new space-faring days they make up the typical colonist. Mostly unremarkable, however due to their system being so efficient they are slow to heal.
Delta-Human
Designed to be the typical laborer, they are strong and very team-oriented. Delta-Humans are hardy but inefficient in their bodily functions requiring more sustenance than most other human species.
Sigma-Human
Tailored to security and military functions Sigma-Humans are incredibly spacially aware and posses superior eyesight and motor-control. Their bodies heal at incredible rates and can even regenerate lost limbs, spinal injuries, and can even regenerate organs. High levels of endocrine modification make them prone to emotional extremes and have implanted chemical micro-factories to stabilize them.
Epsilon-Human
Engineers and mathematicians by nature Epsilon-Humans are typically cold, logical and emotionally mute. Second only to Beta-Humans in intellect these humans can typically engineer anything that is presented before them.

Both of us being bisexual was fun, a lot of variety, typically involving other female soldiers, but being that it was casual, there developed 2 major problems. First was eye-contact, something you probably ruled out by the "I'll close my eyes" notion, after a while making eye contact gets... awkward... not during, but after. Afterwards in a casual setting if you make eye-contact you'll make the connection and quickly look away. It becomes weird in everyday situations, bear that in mind. 2 is much less of a concern for you. We were both homeward bound (in a transitionary company) and towards the end of our escapades (if you will) and we started developing feelings for each other. Things got weird when we noticed we each got jealous when we would include one of our regulars. We would each look at the other with barely contained jealousy whenever our focus waivered. Granted it was fun, very, very fun (no STDs btw, I worked in the TMC (Troop Medical Clinic at the time, so I had access to medical records, especially useful after the test after each leave was mandatory to ensure that we were clean.) The thing is, remember every other moment outside of doing it.
haha.. thats the reason why I would never sleep with my colleague if its just for fun.. but I guess its a good experience.. thanks 4 the share.. ^^
But after all that do u guys still have frequet sex or relationship?
He's now engaged to another woman.
That... Well, not only that. When she went back to Washington (state, not DC) we agreed to end it. Also, she still hasn't taken care of her divorce, so it's unofficial and will probably remain that way... It's not legally possible to meet a married woman...
On a side note, I was hoping how horrible of a person I was would fade over time, but it seems to have stuck... I know it's more to ask for than I deserve, but can you try to forget those topics so I can go on with my life without feeling like I'm still a colossal asshole, it's been months...

Project God sounds very interesting, looking forward to you posting it. I imagine it will be a good read.I'll post the first chapter on Tuesday ( I've got actual work until then), I'm going to fine tune the planetside idea some more including NPCs, coming up with the landscape for the moon, creating ideas for local flora and fauna, stuff like that. If that's the idea that's going forward so far than I'm going to have some xeno-scaping to do. If you would be so kind to recruit anyone in the rp circuit not currently, or at least overly, involved in an rp? Once I get 5 I'll post the setting, back-story and some NPCs.

The first seems pretty alright. Post-apocalyptic is always a popular idea though I love sci-fi more. I'd sign up with 1 and 2. 3 seems more fitting to be a story than an RP and 4 I don't really have much an impression on but I'd still join. That's my opinion anyway.
So... Should I pencil you down for 2?
If we're talking about voting for which one then yes, pencil me down for two but if you end up doing any of the other ideas I'll still join.

I agree with Kei. 1 and 2 seem to be the best possible choices for an RP. The third choice is more like a story, rather than an RP. And the 4th... I don't really get it, but it too sounds more like a story, rather than an RP.I like the second option more than the first.
So far 2 votes for 2, I would like to get at least 5 people to be in on the ideas (a total of 5, they don't necessarily need to be the same idea) before posting any one as a final rp selection.
Edit: Would anyone read 3 (Project God) if I were to post it as a story a chapter every few days on here? I'd take the effort if I knew it wasn't going to be ignored.
Edit: Edit: Fuck it I'm doing it anyway, I need a creative outlet anyway.

RP ideas
1 Post Apocalypse
It's been 150 years since some event destroyed modern civilization, though, no one it's sure what anymore. Society has been in decay since the incident, which was lost over a generation trying to survive. Roving bands of merchants, traveling bands of the generations after the event, bandits and the occasional religious group. There are no environmental hazards (radiation, toxic air, vast deserts, etc.) just broken down cars, decaying buildings, and empty cities. The only laws known to all is free trade and survival above all else. Follow in the Freeholders' group as they go on a journey to find out what happened to civilization. Led by the mysterious Red, a man who was once a trader, and spurred on by the curious 16 year old Daniel.
2 Stranded Planetside
The UNSV Piatkowski, a United Nations colonial vessel was unexpectedly taken off course by radical Earth-Centric terrorists, who heave been attempting to stop all human colonization of alien worlds. After a bomb destroys the navigational systems Captain Gordan Kip is forced to drop the massive ship on an unexplored moon orbiting a thermo-nuclear active gas giant. Unexplored because the incredibly strong magnetic field around the gas giant and scrambling effect of the giant's radio-wave emissions. Stranded, with the captain dead this group of wayward colonists need to be versatile and resourceful if they're going to make the supplies meant for another world work for them.
3 Project God (I love the idea, but doubt it would work in an RP)
In the not-so-distant future humanity has discovered how to create isolated pockets of space-time that can be manipulated with a device known as a physics-driver, powered by suns held in an infinitely small space and virtually mass free. A massive defense corporation has designed 8 drivers which were implanted in children of employees so they could get a neural link to the drives and could indoctrinate them to do company bidding. The son of the CEO, Alexander Gordon IV, was one such child. After years of wondering why he had strange things happen around him he read through his father's hidden files and discovered what he was. In a fit of rage he leveled the corporate building and fled, warning the other, now young adult test-subjects under the Project-God manifest. Gordon III isn't about to take it lying down and dispatches his corporate army, outfitted with limited-spec physics drivers and considerably more training. Wanting to claim vengeance for what his father forced him to be he vows to kill his own father, destroy the company and incinerate all research related to the project. This idea ties into a larger universe with several other incidents occurring as lab-rats from other companies rebel. Trans-humans vs natural/"pure" humans.
4 In several years humanity has learned how to integrate human intelligence into digital circuits and connect synapses with wire. In an effort called "the immortality program" all citizens are forced to integrate into a cybernetically enhanced body at the age of 24. Gradually they become more and more mechanical until, by around the time they turn 40 they're entirely cybernetic. Ashley Harrison, a 23 year old American, fears that something isn't right, especially when they reach the brain, copying all the information and transcribing it into a series of hyper-advanced solid-state drives. Join her in her investigation for the truth before she needex too start the immortality program.
5 I had a "5", but fuck it
Choose signing among the aforementioned 4 ideas.

I can't say anything until you post your ideas and whatnot. While you aren't the best GM around (not that I'm the best here), you're a potential one who has many rooms for improvement, I look forward to your next RP.Being that I'm still operating off of my phone I'm going to have to go to the library tomorrow to type up the bulk of work I'm going to post (I currently have 5 ideas and posting 5 general plots from swype is, although not impossible, very hard...) and email them to myself. They'll be up tomorrow.
