You say simple but it's actually really confusing, especially with the space between the characters.

I can't work out if もえしis referring to you being moe [もえ] (you know what that means right?) and the しacting as a particle to link the moe with another description. If that is the case then I have no idea what てえしられmeans, that's a pretty strange looking word. The last 2 characters would indicate it's a verb but I've never heard it and I can't even find it in online dictionaries. I'm guessing it's some internet slang way of writing something.

Or

It's もえしてwhich would be the te-form verb of moe meaning to bud. But then えしられdoesn't mean anything.

So basically I have no idea >.< sorry! I really want to know what it is now as well.
