Its difficult to judge with no pictures to go by. Not really familiar with your waifu either, so I had to google their pics just to get an idea.

If I am not mistaken, Ayasaki Hayate's a guy. I am not into guys so thats a 0/10.
Matou Sakura is a good choice, but in her own anime, she doesn't standout as much as Saber or Rin. A 7/10 is a fair grade. There is no result for Ilyarcher in google. As for Rozalin, I like what I saw so I am giving her an 8/10.
