The group MirrorMoon ( http://mirrormoon.org/ ) has created English patches for several of the slightly older Visual Novels, including Fate/Stay Night. Other independent groups are also creating English game patches. If you are looking for patches in another language, then you may have some trouble. Personally, I haven't seen any.

So the rest of the trip I kept being nervous that an officer would come and keep me in the country due to my relationship with those guys. I though my passport would eventually be taken.Interesting story. But it makes sense, you proved that you were not weak or there to simply see what was going on. People like that usually respect strength -> not backing down.

Well, this is quite a situation you are in. There are pros and cons to revealing your relationship. Is your girlfriend/cousin going to reveal it herself if you do not? And when you first had sex hopefully you were of age in your country, because that may also influence your parents/families views.
It sounds like you have a definite resolve. It is probably a good idea to wait, but I really can't speak from experience considering I spend my life on a computer.
As for Japan, I believe that they allow marriage between first cousins or any relations farther apart.
