I type with my index, middle and ring fingers while my thumbs work the space bar. I was never able to develop complex muscle control with my "pinky" finger so I can't hit the appropriate buttons with them. As I type my pinky fingers actually extend and lock in place until I relax my hands.
Same here, the only thing my pinkies are used for are the left shift and left ctrl buttons.
I use all fingers.
