Nah, management is a tad bit different to leadership. One who can lead usually have the capability to manage his people. However, someone who can manage people does not necessarily have the ability to lead people.
A leader doesn't even have to step up. They just do it naturally.
True dat. What did they say, a true leader quality is like talent? Either way, great leading quality cannot be obtained through simple things like leadership seminar and such. It's in your blood.
