I would like to note that this rule was added long after that. If I recall correctly, this rule is maybe 2 year's old at best.

Gonna check this out, but the premium content is disappointing. As long as it plays better than most f2p FPS'...

I think of art as a product of someone's creativity, whether that is in the physical construction of something, or just the presentation of existing objects as being imbued with meaning. They're all creative processes.
Whether they're bad or good, and how much they're worth, are of course entirely subjective. I hate the idea of art 'critics'; I can see a picture in a local gallery or a cute drawing that my art school friend has drawn, and be more inclined to have that on my wall than thousand of pounds worth of painting.
The debate as to whether games can be considered art, or whether a Hollywood blockbuster isn't art as opposed to an 'arthouse' film, is however very interesting, and I am as yet undecided on both. Films can be beautiful and complex and heart-wrenching and have great cinematography, but I don't tend to think of them as works of art, I guess because so many people are involved in the process. They are collaborative spectacles with numerous influences, rather than one person's creative outpouring.

It's been slow as fuck recently, presumably because usage and so costs have gone up, but the images do load. I find it goes a lot faster if you right click and view the image on its own. Alternatives would be good though.
