i found this pic of a char in Stepmania ive searched the song but didnt come up since im looking for the name of this char and she is from i searched everything on this piture

You can if you have the actual game (should be a .swf file), which you can download from a page with most download managers (+ torrent clients etc which do the same job). Try this to extract that file into its component parts.It would be easier to record with Audacity, though. :)
