Then one day, Haruka confesses to Takayuki her love for him. Not wanting to hurt her feelings, Takayuki agrees to go out with her. But suddenly, when tragedy strikes, things are never the same for these four friends again.

Ah, it's Rumbling Hearts! A bit over-dramatic at times, slightly sad, but I think it's good.
Also Shinichi-san, you could do some research on your own instead of making all these threads.

Well yeah...Now that you mention it, I realized that I overdid it a little...But whatever research I might do , I can't watch it myself to find out about it...I wanna buy the DvD, so watching it Online is Absurd... And..I don't know if there are any Anime site that got a List of all Ever-Released Animes AND with Watchers Opinions about them....
SO...all these thread really helped me a lot... and so again, I hope you don't mind with it...

yeah... and well.. It is not really an ova, but rather an alternate ending to KGNE. Assuming the stuff at the end of the first season never happened, so then wat? that's what next season is about.
kgne definitely puts you through an emotional roller coaster ride. Its one of the animes of rare quality, even though it is old. Go watch it. Its definitely worth it
