Negima!

I just noticed, I don't think I've seen a Negima topic here. Come on now, the series/manga is great! What do you guys think of it? I first saw it on the Funimation channel and went on to watching it subbed off some torrents. It's pretty much one of my favorite animes now. Though I have to admit, the anime isn't as great as the manga is, not even close. I've seen the series based off the manga and the spin-off series as well. I just started to watch Ala Alba, but I could only find the first episode subbed, the second one was raw when I found it. I've never really been big on the whole magic thing but I think they did it very well in this series. I like the whole partner thing a lot, it's very interesting. I would have to say Kaede, Mana, and Setuna are my favorites of the girls.

I kind of want a Chupa-tee now. I must admit, the spin off was funnier, but the original had a lot more ecchi. I think I prefer the original because of it. Though, every page in the manga has panties or nudity, and I'm still loving it!

btw, if you haven't seen the Spring & Summer OVA, I suggest you should!

Oh yeah sure the manga is great, but the anime just plainly blows.

If you like Love Hina (manga version) and just love the artist's job in Ecchi work, then it's a good read. If you like watching a bloodied up version that has been shat on, then watch the anime version.

You need to watch it, you'll love it. The show so many different personalities, it's almost impossible not to like one or two of the girls. Remember though, the one called Negima!? is the spin-off. Mahōu Sensei Negima is the regular anime based off the manga. I've also seen the spring and summer OVAs. Yes..many ecchi parts.

It's a Great Anime the manga is pretty good as well.

Meh prefer the manga cuz the anime is kinda short and the animation skills are just moderate (meaning not up to standards) ^^ 8)

Is awesome, I prefer the Manga over the Anime most of the time. Still I love Ken Akamatsu's work, he's one of the best at drawing ecchi I've seen so far.

the anime was rather cut short..and it deviated from the manga around the last episodes..but the manga is purely amazing..

Manga is pretty good. When I first read it I thought it was suppose to be a Love Hina combined with Harry Potter kind of story.

dunno... Is it worth watching? From what i've watched from the last animes of Negima, it deviated too much from the manga. That really hits a nerve, since Mahou Sensei Negima has the potential to be a great anime
