Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike

I 'm glad capcom is releasing more street fighter games because i like street fighter allot.I happy they're also releasing this game too on console's because i'm bored of playing it from my computer.If you want to download the game for the computer via emulation get it Here.It works for me i'm playing it right now in another window so there should be no problem's.

Cannot wait for this. I've been playing this on my PS2 [Street Fighter Anniversary Collection] and is, by far, my favorite Street Fighter game. I just hope they don't remix the already EPIC soundtrack...

There's not too many fighting games I'll actually go out of my way to buy. That doesn't mean I don't play them, I just don't have the money to buy every game I come across and fighters don't typically get very high in my list of priority games. So, I'll have to pass on this and see if any of my friends will spring for it instead.

Its just a remake for the consoles. If you want to play the game for free on your computer read my first post.

My laptop is barely able to run Civ 4 on the lower settings and even MUGEN gets a little choppy on it on occasion. I can't exactly do any real PC gaming until I get a computer that was built within the last 5 years.

Anyone else hype about this? Pre ordered on the first day it became available ;)
I'm hoping the learning curve won't be too steep for someone like me who's coming from SF4 background, seen some replays and the game mechanics look manageable... might take awhile to get used to the parry system though.

I loved III strike when I had it on the good old ps2, So I really want to play this.

Is anybody getting this? I already see you can reserve your copy via PSN. I want it. I have it on the PC but i want to play with it fakku users.

the learning curve for 3s is pretty easy, execution wise.

the mental games in sf3 blow everything else completely out of the water though, the game is literally fighting game chess. the game has very few "crutches", essentially meaning that youre trying to outthink the other guy several moves ahead at all times, instead of having something totally reliable like crouch teching and such.

gonna be a billion day one chun/yun/kens all over the place though.

a favorite match of mine: INO [KEN] vs. KURODA [AKUMA], one of the greatest 3S sets of all time.

people were reporting that the PS3 version has input lag offline, no word on 360 yet...

I'll be getting this. I didn't grow up playing this like most people so it would be nice to see what the hype is about. I played it once, just through arcade mode with Alex. I'd like to practice with Hugo though if I play online.
