My 2nd best Manga for the moment...too bad it lacks of Cute Girl...I dont like Mamori, and dont mention Suzuna...maybe Wakana Koharu's better than them...

Yup, Eyeshield 21 is pretty fun and on my list of weekly reads. The thing I am really happy about though is the fact that Hunter x Hunter is on for some time again :D

This manga is the shit, hands down. Hiruma Youichi? The most badass genius guy I've seen in a long time.

Yeah, but at least this series has closure unlike some others. Any manga series over the 4 volume length usually provides that sense of character growth as they go through trials and tribulations. Eyeshield21 is no exception, though I think Sena coming up with these god-like manuevers at the last second is kinda cheap. 4th dimensions run? Wtf? Though the application of the devil's ghost to the 4th dimension run was something I could appreciate and comprehend.

And yeah, the teikoku arc isn't as strong as the other arcs
with the exception of a couple of chapters, both teams are like
"hey guys lets make a touchdown"
and then makes one in like 2 pages
This game makes teikoku not as hyped up as they sounded like back then
Of course with the other ones we had some background of the team

Of course, Deimon Devilbats win against Teikoku. But man, for Musashi to make that 60 yard shot... that was nothing short of miracle, but I was expecting at some point for him to actually live up to his moniker, "60-yard magnum". Apt indeed. This game against Teikoku was just full of limit-breakers, but I definitely thought that the game against the Shinryuuji Nagas was more intense.
