Mirai Nikki on the episode with the dogs. The show had a lot of problems, but that episode felt extra stupid to me...
I think my main problem with that show is that I just despise Yanderes, especially badly written ones.

Heaven's Lost Property
The episode where the protag and his girl friend get "trapped" on a deserted island. After they essentially get ready to go Adam and Eve, the 'fourth wall' breaks down, they find out they had means to escape, and said the girl goes full on Amazon Ape Woman on the guy. Never been a big fan of guy protag getting beaten up for no good reason >_>

Glasslip.
Got carried away by the fact that it was done by P.A Works and the concept of glass blowing was interesting.
Sadly, there was little to no glass work and the show made no sense at all, characters acted too weird all the time for no reason and also nobody was likeable. Nobody. 4 episodes in and I felt as if I'd missed a whole season or something because nothing really connected. Plus the characters had really stupid looking mouths. I ragequit this series before the fifth episode and apparently it didnt get any better.

There's a lot to mention, I forgot all anime titles I've dropped.
One thing I don't like about animes are those children to pre-teen and moe characters with "squished" seiyuu voices... it's just plain creepy.
ie: Girlfriend (Kari) - I could handle listening to few characters but this anime's characters got all creepy squished obaa-chan voice.
