Amagami SS

Well, I just watched the last episode of Kaoru's arc, and it was very daww-worthy and sweet.
Spoiler:
I especially loved the part when Kaoru took Junichi up to the top of the Port Tower, and Junichi was scared to death, but Kaoru held his hands so that he would feel a bit safer. Their confession scene was also very sweet, and I loved the kiss in the tower. It was a very nice way to confess, and the snow made it all the sweeter.

I found it to be really funny when Kaoru and Junichi went over to Junichi's house, and his sister thought that he was just watching pornos. I also loved it when Kaoru jumped on top of Junichi, and Junichi couldn't breath after awhile. I was in a situation like that when I first started dating my boyfriend, so it brought back pleasant memories for me.


Spoiler:
I was surprised that we did not see the future at the end of Kaoru's arc, because we did at the end of Haruka's. Does anyone who has played the VN know if there was a glimpse at their future together, or was that just specifically for Haruka's arc?


Anyways, I did enjoy this arc, but I still think that Haruka's arc is still my favorite thus far. Next week seems to be the beginning of Sae's arc, but out of all of the girls, I know the least about her? Does anyone know anything about her/her arc, and are you guys excited for Sae's arc?

EDIT: Damn, I had to post this as well. I would do unspeakable things to her stomach...

End of the arc.

And well, while Kaoru was an interesting character. The actual plot and arc was a bit disappointing.

Just lack of conflict really.

So that's two arcs down, and both of them had a little bit of a lack of conflict. I hope this isn't a reoccuring problem.

I enjoyed it as well, though I didn't much enjoy the resolution, just my own opinion. Sae is next and though I know nothing about her arc, I already like her a lot, purely based off her voice and that shes a 1st year student.

Kaoru made it too easy for him. I think I would have enjoyed her arc more if she was harder to get. Then again, I don't care much for this Junichi fellow, so...meh.

Sae is going to be a terrified little girl. Love her voice. Should be fun.

lol jealousy is a terrible thing :P

Cant wait till Sae's arc! and I guess we can expect his sister to play more of a role in this one too.

The thing i love most about this anime is that each arc takes a realtively short number of episodes, none of this dragging on the story shit, and that it does each individual girl with a separate arc. I hate the way most games/VN that are turned into an anime are just the mixed storyline of several different paths turned into one messy overall story... and always with the girl i wasnt too fond of :(

While I enjoy some of the other sim type games turned anime. I also like this unique feel they're giving with Amagami. I hope to see more of this sort of thing, but better. Cause I think Amagami SS didn't find the ground they were looking for when dishing out the stories cause the pacing hasn't been the greatest.

Anyways. Does anyone else find it amusing that both of his sister's friends are part of the choices?

The Kaoru arc left me a little disappointed i was expecting more but it made for 4 good episodes. The Sae arc is the one im most curious about and the one i really wanted to see specially since she is very shy and that could make for a good happy,fun and romantic arc I hope.

While Ai's Arc will most likely be the slowest arc...since she's somewhat an anti-male, somewhat tough girl character.

I was disappointed with the Kaoru ending I hope the Rihoko arc is better than this last one. I expected a better ending with Kaoru.
