[Anime] Kokoro Connect

I really like where this anime is going. Everyone has problems and they're able to help each other. Anyways, I think the highlight of this episode was this:

Nagase's issue and Inaba's issue. I like how Taichi is getting involved with everyone without really planning on it. Hopefully this doesnt turn into another fake harem story. From the preview Nagase's might get quite a bit more dramatic than it already is.

The previews have been trolling me since the start.

I really hope I wasn't supposed to feel sympathy for Inaba. Cause honestly, I was laughing. I've never heard a bigger load of over-dramatic, emo bullshit in a long time. I was practically rolling at the "Everyday is agony" part. You're just a downer bitch with trust issues. Suck it up. And the laughter continued, with the whole revelation that Taichi's spanked it to the thought of her, and vice-versa. That was classic right there.

I don't know how to react to that even if its a joke...

Inaba's expression at the end was priceless, also these previews, I dont want to wait a week

First of all, we get to know: She does masturbate!
And she even did it do Taichi. I don't consider him to be the sexiest guy in the school, so she saw something else in him which turned her on, so she can't be that inhuman, right?
Then, we got to know that she actually really cares about her friends. She doesn't trust them, but she's afraid that she'll lose her precious friends because of that. Now be honest, do you trust your friends 100%? I don't. Still, my friends are very important to me and I don't wanna lose them. But I wouldn't trust them with my body. Heck, sometimes I'm even scared to lend them my manga^^
Also, we got to learn how she tried to act tough to not worry her friends. Rather than troubling others with her problems she tried to keep them to herself to not worry them even more. I think that makes her really loveable and cute. But Taichi of course wasn't happy with that. He wanted her to open up, and she did.
Of course, she's not an easy character. But the closer you get to her, the more interesting she becomes!^^
"emo bitch, who likes to see other people in misery"? No, rather she wants to see nobody in misery. If, than rather herself than her friends.
The reason, why 'everybody is suddenly praising Inaba' is because in the earlier episodes we just got to see her 'outer, hard shell' and this episode she showed some of her 'soft core', which I didn't expect to exist, given that in many animes, characters like her often don't have deeper traits. Good thing 'Kokoro Connect' isn't your everyday anime ;-)
And btw, imho emo characters are great^^ They're interesting, their pessimism is sometimes amusing and it's fun to see how they change. Shinji ftw^^

Aside from Aoki, he's the only guy she regularly hangs out with. Spanking it to him doesn't mean anything.

she has no trauma, and no reason to not trust them. She's just acting like that for the attention.

They weren't going to commit any crimes, and her using that amazingly flimsy excuse to be a trustless bitch is pathetic.

Okay, now I think Taichi is getting in over his head, specifically with Iori. What is going to happen if he fails even once to recognize her? Or if he acts differently at any time? He can't very well express his feelings for her in the current situation. In any case, it does look like his white knighting might bite him in the ass next episode.

I think Inaba's joke(?) at the end of the episode demonstrates that she does trust Taichi a bit now. going around telling other people something like that could really make your school life hell. It might be harder to imagine that situation for Inaba compared to Taichi, but the same thing applies to her, too.

She got the internet. So why him?

I guess the 'not trusting'-thing is some kind of mental tick she got. It's not that unusual. And maybe she hasn't a trauma, but I think some small stuff must have happened in the past that she's like this.

She told this just to Taichi, even rather unwilling. And she also didn't really want to tell it the others. She didn't want attention, rather Taichi forced attention towards her ;-)

I don't think she meant it like that with the crime-thing. She is just getting scared by imagining what could happen. Every night there is the possibility that burglars come to your house, maybe hurt or kill your beloved ones. There are people who get scared like shit by this imagination. Yeah, most don't, because it's nearly impossible it'll happen. But who garantees you that?
The question here is how good friends Inaban is with those 4. If they are just some kind of casual friends who mostly just meet up at school, then of course you wouldn't trust them 100%, because don't 100% know who they are.
Heck, they even didn't know a lot about Kiriyama up until now!

Ok, now what 'bitchy' things did she do? This is the first time she ever told someone about the things she worries about. We actually learned that Iori and Kiriyama told her their problems, so she imho she was being a good friend by listening to them.

Again, this is the first time she 'moped' around.

Ok, the 'running around naked'-thing was obviously not meant seriously.
The thing about Iori, ok, I can understand if you hate her for that.
But of course, she did that to help her, because she knows how Taichi is and that he can help Iori. If she just asked Iori to tell Taichi about it, she probably would've never done it, so she forced her to it. Of course, still, it isn't necessary the right step. But she believed in herself and Taichi and still did that. She was worried about Iori and hoped that this step will cause improvement.
It's a bet she took. We still don't know if it was good or not.

Just look at the wonderful ending of Evangelion 2.22.
And the last two episodes of NGE actually just show, how he changes his emo attitude to a brighter personality.
