[Anime] Kotoura-san (Winter 2012/2013)

ok, I admit, I thought the thugs where going to rape Kotoura.....Glad I was wrong

Um. So. Yeah. That just happened. But seriously, shit just got real, and I have no clue why. It's only the third episode, and yet if I hadn't seen the next ep. preview I'd think this was the last episode. Also, I'm gonna have to agree with RandomRedneck here (and I never thought I would say that) about the whole BS "Bitchy McCuntsalot turns good and joins the club hurr durr" that they'll no doubt try to feed us in upcoming episodes. Fuck that bitch, she needs to get curb-stomped by a rhinoceros. However, despite all my complaints, I have to say that all things considered this was a pretty good episode. I'm really curious as to what will happen next week.

Oh Moritani, that's low. Anyway, the karaoke scene cracked me up. And that moment where Kotoura was about to give out her confession to Manabe and then saw his dirty fantasy...I chuckled. That touching moment was ruined in a good way. It's sad that she left the school because of her fear of going through the same experience again. I hope things get better in the next episode.

FUCK YOU MORITANI!! Now I just wanna look for a doujin of her with the "humiliation" tag. I also hated the part where Kotoura hid her feels.

At the last part of the ep, I thought "Ending already? But this is just the third episode". If it wasn't for the unspoiled "Next Episode Preview", I would've thought that it's already over.

I want to see more of this stuff. Sadly, though, I will have to wait for a long period of time before I can watch the next episode. And no, I'm not chickening out.

Manabe can kick quite a bit of ass took 4 trained martial artists to beat him up and 2 of them still had to be carried away.

Like others have said, its going to be really interesting to see how Moritani becomes a positive character based on the OP. It might be amusing to measure how much guilt she will feel since Kotoura will be kind to her no matter what. That said, everyone except Manabe and Kotoura has their own goals that they are willing to pursuit even if it means using/hurting someone. I look forward to seeing how things change in the club when Moritani joins and what the short club president's goal is.

Manabe is badass. And Moritani is being more of a bitch than I thought.

As expected, Moritani being forgiven was a total crock. One measly "I'm sorry" and everything the bitch put them through it forgiven. Load of shit that was. Good thing the rest of the episode was good. Especially him just killing that dramatic moment by saying he was gonna spank her. Classic.

Epic grandfather is epic. I loved it when he and Manabe were competing (?) to see who was more perverted. Also, fuck Moritani. I wanted to see that bitch burn some more before being forgiven. Oh well, I guess it's just one of those things you have to put up with in an otherwise great series.

Kotoura's grandfather really doesn't mind going through the incest route with her. Anyway, seems a little cliche at some parts but the comedy made up for it. And the ending when Moritani tried to forgive Kotoura & Manabe, Manabe was just ruthless in a funny way. Good to see things ended in a good way. Though I wish that there would be a unique romantic scene without the comedy in it somewhere in the future.

Glad to see it's resolved, and the conflict between Kotoura and Moritani is too. I wonder what will happen next. Looking forward to the next episode, I love this series.

Loving this anime so far. Kotoura is adorable as fuck. I didn't really like how Moritani apologized and "changed" though. It felt too rushed.

Good episode ... except for that whole let's-sweep-Moritani's-abusive-behavior-under-the-rug-by-making-Manabe-the-bad-guy thing.

Epic Grandpa!!

I wish Kotoura would have vented a bit at Moritani even if she wasn't angry with Moritani. Just something to make her feel more human and less goddess like.

Btw, is it just me or in eps 4 it's starting to go cliche?
