Nah, it shouldn't be, both plans where probably still in the planning phase at this point of time, or something.

IV probably started around the time Shirogane was shoved into the Unlimited/Alternative timeline.

Also, it's just speculation! I could be wrong about it being Alternative V.

Ep 20, AKA 19.5, was a look-back to what happened so far and showed the new OP and ED. But IDK what's going on in ep 21, everything started too suddenly. I felt lost for quite some time.

Am I simply missing an episode lol?

They will harvest EVERYTHING on Earth; I don't see any moral implications of experimenting on what are essentially robots.

Well, that was pretty awesome. Almost a whole episode of nothing but Mecha-Kickassery and BETA killing. About fucking time this show remembered that it could do that. The end...I have no flipping clue what Prafka is, or what the hell was going on with the random flower world and that weird red bomb...thing.

Prafka is pretty much what you might call their Berserk Mode. It's what got them their title of "Scarlet Twins". Also, from what I can guess, I think that thing that guy in the Berkut activated was something that will give him some measure of control over them.
