Well, at least we got to see hot Takeda Shingen or whatever is her gender switched name. lol it would be funny if she "hmp" and had a voice actress for that "hmp".

Too bad most last eps are kinda cramped. I want more tsundere Juubei (that covers her Saru related embarrassments with duties)

I can't explain how much I enjoyed this anime. I really liked the ending.

If the scene where Hanbei's magician, Hanzou and Saru all talk was not shown I would have believed he died. But that scene happened so I think it was a fake death. Juubei is probably really injured but not dead either.

I'm pretty sure this is one of those plot cliches where they fake the death of one of the valuable (main) characters in the story and then bring them back at the last minute when they are needed.

So I wonder what when on in that cave, with Monkey and Jubei.....

Well the door is left wide open for a second season. Question though, with my limited japanese history, (samurai warriors 2 and pokemon conquest). How much more story, until the part where the real Nobunaga dies, or has that already happened?

Still a bit far ahead. After Hieizan, it's supposed to be the Battle of Nagashima. After that Shingen Takeda starts waging war against the Oda.

YEs, but with obvious cuts. I haven't read or even skimmed the illustrations but some who did are light complaining something about Katsuie's Boobs and a promise with that boobs... lol

Fro mreading the book Synopsis, Season 1 was volumes 1-4. Following that logic and the fact that it now has 9 volumes. Season 2 should be volumes 5-8.

This was a great series. I knew as soon as Sagara "died" that it was a fake death. That ending too.... we're definitely getting a season 2. I can't wait. Also, we got more of Goemon being ridiculously cute in the last episode... which was awesome as usual.

Boob promises are the best promises. No wonder they're mad.

Pretty good and emotional ending for this series full of detailed close-ups of hot chicks. Sagara finally got something other than a loli added to his harem, too.

Just finished watching this for the second time. Gotta love it.

It's been a few months now, any word of a second season yet? There's more than enough material to go with it.

And here I had my hopes up someone had news of a second season. I actually checked a lil while ago, and still nothing. Though it looks like they sold around a total of 5000 blue-ray/dvd's, if sales mean anything towards a second season (which it does)
