Why the hell is this spoilered..?
Thank you for your enlightening comment that quite obviously contributed greatly to the discussion.
Also, because I write things thing typically off the cuff. I don't know when I might write something spoilery. So I always set the spoiler tags first. I just forgot to remove them.

The 1st episode is an obvious "get to know" introduction episode before the start of the main story, showing all the main characters and personality.Unfortunately most people can't get used to the idea.
Their adaptation with Baka Test was unique but no one complained about it, but with this they complained like hell, even though there's nothing harmful. That just shows how some people are just manga fan boys to the bone.
Or it could be that it legitimately sucked this time. Character introductions as a first episode is meaningless in series like this where the main characters are meeting new people in most arcs. It becomes even more meaningless when the character gets a full introduction "re-introduction".

Haruhi was a chaos of episode disorder but everybody liked it, Baccano was a chaos of timeline but everybody liked it. But just one episode that's not in order for this and people starts flipping tables... FACEPALM
I'm actually quite a ass when it comes to episode jumping, unless there's a good reason to do so, i'd rather them just stick to doing it the old fashion way.
Silver Link's episode jumping ways could be their "unique trait" but really...in this case, they backfired. They jumped ahead with the kirie, made a helluva blunt start and pretty much confused everyone who had little to no knowledge of the manga itself before commencing on the REAL first episode.
Manga boys, can't say i don't understand their ways but in this case... grow up. Such people exist that i don't engage in MAL at all anymore.
I don't hate silver link for doing such a thing. Just that after withnessing so many VN adaptations being destoryed, i naturally have a negative view point towards adaptation that isn't a carbon copy. Ef is special exception in my books though.

i naturally have a negative view point towards adaptation that isn't a carbon copy. Well that's natural, but when it has a 90% copy rate and some people still dissing and can't accept the fact that anime adaptions tends to be different then it's not natural anymore.
for ex:
the "fuck, they changed (10%) the story in the anime, so this anime is shit".
Like I said earlier, It maybe wasn't the right decision for Silver Link, but did it ruin the anime as a whole? No.

"fuck, they changed (10% of) the story in the anime, so this anime is shit".I should not be surprised people are so shallow. When an anime is made its called an adaptation for a reason. Its natural that some things are different and some things are presented differently from the original content. The parts that are different are discussion points but nothing to the discredit of the anime.
In this specific anime, the bell vs the comb. I've been wondering if they are going to use the bell as a recurring symbol or where are they going with that and why they picked a bell to begin with. A bell is more "memorable" to a comb though, so I can see a reason to swap. Changes in the anime certainly do not make it better or worse than the manga, just different.

Ahh! I've been only reading the manga that I forgot that anime was/is being developed. So for those that have/are watching it,
Is it any good? The manga gives you an ominous feeling while reading it so I'm hoping that since anime have sound it could be more ominous?

I haven't read the manga, but I know some others who have. And according to them, they jacked the fanservice aspect up a lot for the anime.

Mmm!! cool but is it creepy or did they make the anime into a more comedy/romance sort of anime or did they stick to the manga and made the anime into a ghost story sort of anime?

As of what I've seen, yes, there is ALOT of fanservice but I still find it quite bearable.
episde 1-2
Spoiler:
But as of what I've seen I'm guessing it's just gonna be the usual
Spoiler:
Keitaro; As of what I saw from episode 1 to 2 it was more of a romance/comedy and at the meantime a little mystic thrown in there.

I'd say...all of the above.

I see. Well it doesn't suprise me. After all in the manga it showed both of them to be the only thing that makes me curious is how it will end.
Will she be reborn somehow and they'll be together or will her essence transfer to Kirie or maybe he'll kill himself and become a ghost (Most unlikely scenario)
Or will it be like Fate/Stay night where in the end Sabre dissapear after saying to him. That ending pissed me off since it was a good ending but I hate an ending like that.

Manga related:Spoiler:
Well, this thing is only gonna be twelve episodes long, so they gotta condense the material somehow.
