Looks like the director Erwin Stoff (The creator of The Matrix) is going to develop our one and only Cowboy Bebop!

DUDE f*ck these americanized anime films that are coming out! Ghost in the Shell, Akira, DBZ, Astro boy, Gatchamon, Cowboy bepop, and...well I forgot what else was there but there is still a few more if I remember.

I think this one will surely fail,Spike is too fit, Faye isn't even an asian, her hair is long, and where's the buff Jet, he is fat in there.

The most accurate looking one is Ein. This will suck.

some anime and manga are just not cut out to be remade as live-action.

Just FYI, that isn't an official poster for the movie, just a fan-made one, so don't base your judgment of the film on it.

I mean it says summer 2008 for a release date on it, and they just signed the deal to make the movie, no way is it even close to being cast yet. They probably have barely started a script for it if anything.

i don't think you can make an anime to a live movie without fucking it up 2 reason:

1.the characters are next to impossible to recreate in reality

2.the laws of anime (these are basicaly laws of phyics turned on there head)

I think the Death Note anime's are pretty good. So was the Mushi-shi one, as well as the Casshern one. So I'd have to disagree, they can be done well, if they really try at it.
