DEADman Wonderland

So far I'm a little bit disappointed that they really turned down the violence. There is like nothing at all and there was a good amount of gore in the manga. Also after watching ep. 2, I'm getting the feeling this is going to be bad since they are not going to be following the manga. It might still end up...oh who am I kidding, I've never seen an anime have a good story when compared to its original manga counterpart.

Ok, so this show is great. We’re getting to learn about how the prison works, while making some new friends. And enemies.

Lots of nice action scenes, and it’s only 2 episodes in. Well done, Manglobe.

Only thing I find odd is how nobody ever thinks of Shiro as not belonging to the prison.

I don't have any proof, but if it just started airing it could be due to the recent events. I mean, this has a back story of a giant earthquake - they may have postponed it a little bit due to that.

I'm wondering why everyone is saying we really don't want to take Shiro home lol... I'm wondering if it'll be similar to the Kyuube deal from Madoka Magica. Don't tell though! lol.

So yeah besides throwing Azami out of the story, I wonder what other pretty big important changes they're going to make. I'm guessing there probably won't be any forgeries I suppose, unless they tie in the forgeries very quickly without an explanation.

Let's just hope that they will get to that part sooner or later in Season 2. Just hope they won't go with original stuffs.

episode 2 was crazy, we finally got to understand what the collars do and how you get stuff in deadman wonderland. which is really really cool to me, oh and the opening is badass. can't wait for the next episode and the full version of the opening.

Saw the latest episode a while ago. Damn...gotta give Ganta some credit, though that post-game show REALLY soured it for me. Also, wondering if the whole Ganta Gun is Ganta's only ability or if he learns to utilize it better...
