Hidan no Aria (Aria the Scarlet Ammo)
1
Remade this topic, as it seems last one was caught in the Fakku server tsunami last month.
Summary (ANN): The story takes place in Tokyo Butei High School, a special school where armed detectives — "Butei" — are trained to use weapons. Kinji Tooyama is a second-year-student who has a special ability, but he keeps it a secret to maintain an ordinary, peaceful life. However, when he gets caught in a bombing on the way to school, he encounters H. Aria Kanzaki, the most powerful S-Rank Butei student in Assault Studies.
The main character is voiced by Rie Kugimiya, the Queen of Tsundere, who also voiced Nagi (Hayate the Combat Butler), Louise (The Familiar of Zero), and Taiga (Toradora!).

Got Megane?
Oh yea, forgot that this thread I made got deleted, well thanks for making this one yepperoni.
To say the least I am looking forward to seeing this, when ever it actually begins airing. Aside from Kanzaki, I like Riko as well.

Same here. I haven't read the manga of it yet; not to spoil anything for myself. 4th anime series on my "must see" list for this Spring ^^
Plus it has Rie Kugimiya, on my favorite seiyuus :D

A link to the official anime website: http://www.tbs.co.jp/anime/aria/.
According to the website, the first episode will be screened on 14 Apr 2011. I believe this might have something to do with the disaster which occurred in Japan recently. Talking about it makes me feel a little depressed.
Given my lack of time, I am unsure if I will be able to catch Aria, but if there is a right balance of action and comedy, this title could possibly enter my list of "To Watch".

Too much tsun tsun voices isn't really that good for every season... and I don't know why but aria's loli body doesn't look good on handling 2 guns unlike the Gunslinger Girls or Revy
The main would also say "I can't die Ore wa Zombie-su"

OP and ED were poor...
The first episode also wasn't as impressive as thought it would be. Still, I'll continue watching this since the scanning of the manga is in hiatus.
High hopes... low expectations.

Kind of Important
A ray of Tsunlight.
Ample fan-service (Other things happen to be pretty damn ample as well)
Guns everywhere.
Tsundere Loli.
What's not to like? Although I do want (And might have my expectations too high here) an actual decent plot. It looks interesting thus far, we'll see.

Got Megane?
Well needless to say I loved the first episode, being a fan of the manga I was happy with this initial episode, all the elements are there to make this an anime I'll really enjoy, and since I said this somewhere else I'll post it here too.
Hard for me to decide my favorite of the girls, of course Aria is just an adorable loli tsundere that I should be drooling over and creating a shrine to, there are other girls here that caught my eye. Shirayuki in the anime version is just so full of win, while in the manga I loved Riko and I am also happy seeing her anime version, considering what happens in later chapters of the manga, if the anime follows them I will still be liking Riko.

Manga is quite good imo, actually between the two shows featuring Rie; Aria and Astarotte's Toy, I first stated that Astarotte would be the more popular of the two, however after seeing the first episode of both, Aria has done a much better job at setup and execution, also the OP and ED for Aria were much better imo. Though Astarotte still has more to explain and hopefully more fanservice to give my initial statement could still end up being true. Finally got around to looking at it and not bad for the first episode. The Queen of Tsun: Kugiyama makes for a good Aria. Shirayuki is so cute and adorable can't wait to see her in action later on. I haven't read the manga or light novel, so I'll be sticking with this one.
Note: For some reason the main character male friend reminds me of Yamamoto from KatekyÅ Hitman Reborn.

Ep 1:Spoiler:
[spoil]I had a good chuckle from the Segways. Killer, remote-controlled Segways? I never would've expected that. I don't think the first girl is ditzy, rather she comes off as a servant to the family or that she was wooed by the protag's alter ego.
I don't like Kugimiya here either, but it's hard to resist Zombie-Ayumu's voice.
