Person A "Hey? You know what would be a good idea to combat the drastic increase in violent crime recently?"

Person B "Increase the training that the police receive, increase the pay so more people join the force, drastically improve the standard and the amount of equipment provided to the police, crack down on the circulation of guns, increase the security of civilians houses, introduce decent CCTV cameras, and possibly increase the punishment of crime, perhaps we should even make examples of people, to help scare people out of crime"

Person A "What the ****? You taking the piss? I have a good idea...

Person B "What?"

Person A "You know how teenagers these days play on shooting games and stuff, and they think shooting is cool? Why don't we set up schools that teach children and teenagers how to fire guns, fight, and kill people. They definitely would be enthusiastic to learn, because guns are cool. After we teach them, and provide them with guns and ammo, we can set them on the city to reduce crime."

Person B "Don't you think it's incredibly irresponsible giving children and teenagers, who are pretty unpredictable and haven't properly learnt to evaluate things or control their emotions, guns and the training to do serious damage with them? And where are we going to get the money to provide the children with the guns and ammo, I'm pretty certain that kids are the sort of people that wouldn't conserve ammo, in fact I'm pretty sure they could waste several cartridges seeing if they could shoot the leaves falling down from a tree. In fact, what's even to stop them from going into crime themselves? We've just given them guns and training, you know what kids are like, if one of them gets bullied a lot, what's to say he won't lash out and end up killing student? That be the opposite effect. And could you expect some of the kids at highschool to have the resolve to shoot? How are they going to earn money if they're fighting crime, since they won't have had a normal education?"

Person A "We give them money for preventing crimes, and don't give money to those who can't or don't prevent crime, so we can save on costs!! I'm a genius!!"

Person B "Who's going to pay for their education, and for the classrooms, schools are very expensive you know. And most importantly, if this worked and crime did decrease, which would be astounding, then the number of children that would be able to make money would decrease, since there'd be fewer jobs, so we'd have Hundreds of kids who were professionally trained and desperate for money, since they couldn't get any other jobs since they had no formal education since they were training with guns instead. Wouldn't they then just turn to crime? Think how much money we could waste training and providing guns and ammunition to a student, only for them to get desperate if they couldn't arrest anyone and thus turn to crime and end up in jail, which is another big money hole. You'd ruin the economy and would lock up a large proportion of the younger generation in jail, which is very bad since we have a declining population and we need them working."

Person A "Oh, I guess your right, which is unfortunate since I just enforced my new education and crime prevention policy while you were making your passionate speech. Ah well."

For those who have read the manga RAWs or LN... when did Aria know about Kinji's Hysteria Mode and its way to activate it?

at least she will be aware of it... it would be nice to see her blushing while thinking, "Oh , Kinji's getting turned because of me?" or gets really pissed when it doesn't activate with her or activates to other girls
