I agree. A typical Harem manga has an annoying wishy washy "nice" guy as a protagonist.

While we have the God of Galge as the protagonist here. Thats why this manga is full of so much win! ^^

Yeah the latest chapter was awesome. Kanon just came out and said it in front of everyone. We can expect some epic and awesome chapters in the next few weeks.

Why? Because Kanon just became a top girl in the story and it's obviously going to have an impact on all the other girls. Meaning all the girls (and guys actually) who almost consider Kanon a real goddess due to her being an idol.

Is it just me or is this series starting to suck? Keima is starting to care about the real world; and now there's almost no focus on catching runaway spirits. Its all bullshit about godesses plots to kill them and bringing back old hell.

Now shits gonna get blown out of proportion and Keima gonna be the one to save the world. What ever happened to him being just a small part of a bigger picture. What happened to the comedy the romances the original romantic story?

I was weary the second that Dianna showed up that the story would stem away from what made it great I just hope it doesn't.

So, do you think "endless" capturing would be better?

Imo, it's finally time that TWGOK finally got serious and get some real drama.

^ This. TWGOK has already gone through or subverted most of the galge tropes. There's just not much there. The direction it's going in now may not have been the best way to follow-up the capturing arcs, but it's definitely better than just letting the series die.

Pricisely what I was thinking. I just hope they don't play out the series to the point where it does become an epic saving the world thingy. I kinda hope that the series turns the Old Devil thing into a subplot, but then again, I also think that it's not happening, so now it's really a question of whether the series can pull out a good finish, because I think I've read enough manga to know say that "I can see the end!"
