Because Tsukiyo was kissed Twice now, while Diana only received once.

Are you sure that their power level is dependent on the number of kisses they receive?

IMO, I believe that the goddesses gain power according to how much THEY(the goddesses) see the action is a sign of affection and love. e.g. say a shy goddess believes that a hug is so much affection that they should get married, then they would gain a ton of power, as opposed to someone like Dianna getting hugged by Keima. But that's just speculah on my part though.

It doesn't feel like he is interested at all in 3d girls. So maybe not dense, just... ignorant?

Or maybe he knows full well that haqua is a tsundere and in love with/admires him, but doesn't give any attention to it since he wouldn't gain anything other tan having to deal with more of the 3D

Nah, he doesn't seem like ignorant of Hakua's feeling.
I guess he only care about his capturing target, so he doesn't even recognize anything of other 3Ds that are not his target.

i just didn't expected that the vulcan reacted like that when keima want to kiss kanon, i mean when you see other character jealousy it's just same like others for example hakua and diana. but whne you see vulcan like that isn't that kinda cute??? lolololol

Hmm seeing as the runaway spirit guys are evil do you think they might be able to control the collar around his neck and use it to make him reveal where the goddesses are? We don't really know how the collar works so they might be able to control it and use it as a threat.

And tbh it's nearly impossible for Keima to realise anyone else likes him, he's always on the attack so he isn't too good at recognising affection towards him unless he sets it up like in the case of the swimming girl. Unless Haqua tells him or, much more likely, she gets possessed by another spirit because of the stress from not telling him and then ends up telling him when he saves her, it's not going to happen. She doesn't have a goddess after all so it's "eyes on the prize" until he's got them all.
