Man...I really miss K-ON!

I don't know ...at the end of K-On! I was satisfied. I think I might have dropped it if it were 24-26 episodes, stuff started to wear a bit.
Personally waiting for a Little Busters adaptation.

K-ON together with Azumanga Daioh and Lucky Star are the shows which, in my eyes, are the best anime to eat dinner to. Therefore I watch at least one episode of the three a day, and of course, wouldn't mind seeing more of either, yet I'd much more prefer Lucky Star (Since there is absolutly no chance of anything new from Azumanga). When talking about the upcoming KyoAni projects, then I agree with ImperialX, K-ON- yes, but not now. I'm very curious about the Little Busters, and wouldn't mind par example, Tomoyo-Clannad (I strongly believe KyoAni will o this), and some more of Thessa allong with the rest from FMP'd be also a welcomed sight.
Now when I think about it, something with FMP would be quite possible, since Souske is voiced by Seki Tomokazu, so then throwing an opponent voiced by Sugita Tomokazu would make a typical "KyoAni'an" joke.

I'm curious about little busters myself, since a different studio is doing a key adaptation this time around. Should be interesting...

They are best served with a little bit of life itself. ^_^

I think that the thread title will be my line in a couple of days. I haven't seen the anime yet but I'm reading the manga and almost finish all the chapters that are translated. I really love it, it makes me laugh a lot and I like all the characters.
I hope that soon I could start watching it. Now, is the anime a copy - paste of the manga? Until what chapter is animated?

First two volumes, I guess...
The anime is basicaly well, where to start... in short, no, it's not a copy-paste, it's a bit more dramatic, yet not dramatic per se. And in anime there is music, a pretty good reason an sich to watch this.
(BTW. is it true, that in English our phrase, "an sich", is understood? I've read it is, but I never heard anyone using it.)

Miss it aswell. K-on is one of those series where you can just sit back and enjoy, having this warm feeling in your chest even if nothing's really happening. And when it's over you really feel like something's missing... T_T But if feel this SOOOOO much more about Lucky Star... Konata~~~! T_T

Haha, yeah, I saw that article earlier today. I guess they figure that if it's not broke, then don't fix it.

To be honest, K-ON wasnt a big thing for me, i mean well, its more of a lay back, lazy sort of anime.Too easy going at times and not very tensed or emotional. Aside that, good decent animations and better then the manga.

It doesn't try to be serious, the show just wants you to watch and enjoy seeing the silly days of their lives in the K-ON club.

never watched or read it but it's really cute! i watched and listened to the song, My Love is a Stapler and it was cute. Katerinu2 and cleanlykurin did an english fandub of the My Love is a Stapler scene, they also did the song too... WARNING: Yui's voice is a bit too high pitched in the fandubs... also.. Mio's blushing singing face at the intro of the song when Yui forgot to sing is priceless ;D

Almost anything KyoAni makes deserves a sequel more than K-ON!. I would have been much happier with a Lucky Star S2, FMP S3 or Little Busters for that matter.
Then again, people can view this with a positive attitude that they're focusing on the Haruhi movie, and that's why they're choosing something easy to animate like K-ON!...
