Mobile Suit Gundam 00

Damn ... you ... Sunrise ... Saji's sister died without finding out the truth, as expected. Now Saji is more or less all alone. How is Sunrise going to deal with him now? It looks like Wang Liu Mei is the traitor in the organization, with Hong Long having some doubts. Alejeandro and Ribbons look like they're going to destroy Veda. Not to mention Trinity got their asses handed to them via the 10 MS with (possibly fake) Solar Furnaces. At this point I might even think that all seven Gundam Meisters may have to join up just to survive. The Princess finally reappears and it looks like another meeting with Setsuna is in order. Everything seems to point to a Code Geass everything-gets-shot-to-hell kind of ending for the season.

Are you surprised? You shouldn't be because they said in the previous episodes that there were 30 of those GN-X Mobile Suits with fake Solar Furnaces. And you can notice that 10 are used against Trinity and 19 are used against the Ptolemaios. The last one presumably belongs to Ali.

Anyway, this episode was intense! Both factions of Celestial Being get attacked by the GN-Xs, Lagna Harvey is assassinated, Veda is completely hijacked, Setsuna starts dreaming of Marina for no apparent reason, and we see the GN Arms in action. Oh, and Lockon nearly dies (I don't think he's dead yet).

I still think that Trinity and the Ptolemaios crew will have to team up, and I wonder how they can continue to survive if they are outnumbered. Let's not forget the people planning on mass-producing the GN-Xs. The Gundams are going to need Freedom-level upgrades in order to keep up.

You said there was 19 mobile suits in the UNION and A.E.U. Alliance, then you say the last one belongs to Ali, then who's piloting Acre's GN-X, supposed they reserve it for him, in case he changes his mind. And I think Ali has a custom built GN-X that aren't included in the 30 GN-X.

BTW is Tieria an android or something, he keeps saying "So, this is what's is like to be human".

I'm just making a guess. I doubt the higher ups would simply let a good GN-X stay in one spot as a 'reserve' for a single person who already chose to fight in an Overflag. Not to mention, a couple of GN-Xs have already been destroyed, so 'reserving' it for Aker is probably out of the question. So, Ali is probably given it, and he will probably customize it to his liking.

Tiera could be a few things in this instance. He could be a cyborg since it is possible to regenerate limbs as Saji pointed out last episode. It may also be that he is an offshoot of the Super Soldier program or something like it. The second seems more likely since Alejandro seems to have taken in Ribbons earlier by coincidence or something, rather than having Ribbons created for the sole purpose of destroying Veda.

That more or less says what happens at the end of the episode as Setsuna uses Omnislash on Ali. But, I'm getting ahead of myself.

The beginning of this episode is slower paced than usual with character conversations between the Ptolemaios crew. Feldt shows some romantic interest in Lockon who is currently missing an eye due to the previous episode. Tieria is back to his normal self by the end of the episode. We see that Aker's Flag is getting a new (fake) GN Drive installed.

The UN forces attack Trinity again, and it's broadcast to the world. Saji seems to be turning into either Shinji Ikari or post-Euphie-death Suzaku. Trinity manages to escape and take a rest until Ali shows up. Michael is killed by Ali, then Ali kills Johann in a Gundam duel while piloting Zwei. Nena barely escapes death thanks to Exia and the GN Arms. Setsuna starts getting the crap beat out of him courtesy of Ali's newly-acquired Zwei.

Meanwhile, Alejandro and Ribbons (however the hell you spell his name) take control of Veda. We find that Aeolia has been in cold sleep waiting for peace to come to the world to wake up. Alejandro shoots the frozen Aeolia and starts laughing. However, it seems Aeolia planned something like that might happen and he releases some sort of 'limiter' that was placed on the real Gundams. Exia turns red and nearly manages to kill Ali, who of course somehow gets to run away.

Side Note: Did anyone else recall Trieze's line from Wing about a beautiful gun that had no meaning when Alejandro pulled out his golden gun?

DAMN! Team Trinity got fraged (except Nena) A bit of a shock there, never predict that Johann and Michael died so easily, the Tans-Am System is pretty cool, it's after image looks like Gundam F91. And in the next episode Gundam Dynames will combine with the GN Arms, it looks like a heavy armed mobile suit(Like Heavy Arms)! This is way going out of my predicition.

That's pretty much what first popped into my head as I watched that part. Setsuna gets his ass handed to him, then he starts overflowing with enormous amounts of power. It's not even Omnislash (FF7), but instead it's Omnislash (Advent Children, the one used against Sephiroth).

This episode is an epic battle, there's not much else in this episode that doesn't involve fighting. The Gundams get add-ons to power them up a little, and they use the Trans-Am system. Nena lives, but we don't know where she is now, and quite a few characters die, possibly including Ali in his Zwei.

-Nena goes away, Don't know where she's going,Kyrios is upgrade with tail booster, mobility UP, but cannot change to Mobile suit, Virtue used two GN Bazooka, Dynames equips the GN Armor (Like the METEOR in Gundam SEED but smaller), More GN X are destroyed, Daryl Dodge, Graham Aker's Flag Fighters died by Dynames. Last but not Least
