My-Hime

I was about to stop watching the anime 7eps in, but I kept waiting for for the plot twist. Ep.8 came along and I was hooked ever since.

I've read the manga but I need to see the anime I hope I can find the time T_T

Well seeing as you all seem to give such high praise to the anime which kind of surprises me I guess I can give the anime another shot and try to finish it and maybe also come to see how good it's supposed to be.

Yeah, the series needs a while to hook but when it does you're gone.
Those early eps aren't wasted BTW since they build up feelings, relations and a fragile idyllic mood the latter parts of the show mercilessly crush.
Did I ever say I fukin love this anime ?

Ultrabump

Watched Mai Hime AND Mai Otome in one go for the second time this week and I feel that both these anime need more attention. I highly recommend that you guys watch the Mai project because altough it's getting a bit old, it still is very very very very epicly awesome. Wouldn't hesitate in saying that they're one of my favourite shows out there.

Altough it's not required, it's still recommended to watch Mai Hime first to fully enjoy Otome.

Great show indeed, if you like it so much don't forget the OVAs "Otome Zwei", "Mai-Otome 0: S.ifr" and lots of other different OVA's and specials.
